I was invited to Serious Cigars by a couple of friends that I met earlier last month. We were at a tailgate and all 3 of us were smoking a few cigars and I was told about an event to be held here so I decided to stop in and meet up with them. It was a little hard to find as it sits off to the back off of FM 1960 but eventually I found it. The parking was fine unlike one of the reviews I read. As I entered I was greeted and I proceeded to one of the smoking lounges. There is a very large humidor which seemed to be fulled stocked. I had brought my own cigars so I didn't need to purchase any. To my surprise there was a live band! They played 80's & 90's music. Toward the back of one of the lounges there was a table setup with several bottles of liquor. None of it seemed familiar to me so I relied on one of the guys there to suggest something. He suggested Twenty Grand Black vodka and it was very sooth. It is actually vodka infused with cognac. It was so good that I went out to find a bottle but it took a few days to actually track one down! It went perfect with my Drew Estate Lava cigar! So my "friends" never did show up but it was a still a good visit and another bookmark for a later visit.

I drive an hour to get here for a birthday party. Took me another hour to get a drink with only two people ahead of me. She took ten orders then proceeded to make ten drinks before helping others, while stopping to dance to a song the Djay played before completing the orders. The worst experience I have ever had trying to get a drink and they includes me trying to order at a bar on NYE in Vegas. PLEASE send her HELP and NOW. No one was happy with her service. If I could give less than one star, I would.

I more often than not have the pleasure of frequenting this location. I've been to a few of their locations and DC's by far my favorite, but like this location too! This particular location, however has the largest selection of cigars among all of the ones I've been too and one of the best cigar selections of many cigar shops/lounges beyond the Casa chain. They have two smoking sections, one is a fishbowl style surrounded by the vast walk in humidor with a quiet setting. This area allows you to work, read or watch TV on one of the many hanging on their walls. Their other section sits on the other side of the humidor and allows for a more social environment near a bar with plenty of drink choices. This area also has plenty of chairs tables and TVs for bigger louder crowds. The staff overall is pretty cool. Nic, is super friendly and eager to help recommend a cigar and assist in products for your humidor. The young lady at the front is also very helpful and lets you know of events or socials coming up. Scott does the same, and is knowledgeable in product, but can be a little rough around the edges and judgy on cigar choices... you choose what you want, to smoke. It's your money and time. Overall one of my go to spots to stop in and grab a smoke. I rarely sit, because the place is a little too bright and open for a lounge feel, and not warm and relaxed. It's like a cigar store, with a fantastic selection, seating and a bar.

Been to a lot of different cigar shops. So short of a cigar bar, which you can't have In Houston, this is the next best thing. The shop has a huge walk-in humidor. All the name brands. Staff is very helpful. I always ask a staff member to recommend a smile based on my likes and they didn't disappoint. They have three seating areas, outside, and inside and the big one is in a smoke room with big chairs and a TV. Well ventilated. The bonus is the wine bar next door that has a cut thru and it too has the big chairs, a full bar and you can smoke in there as well. It's only about a mile off 249 so a great place to stop in on the way home or while the other half is at the mall.

Better staff now! Everyone is awesome and I love the atmosphere. Probably the best looking lounge in Houston! Also the biggest cigar selection/ humidor.

I just relocated to Houston for business and found this place on "yelp". What a great humidor they have. I was pleasantly surprised when I noticed they have a bar attached. There are large windows that shows the bar from inside their humidor. The seating is very inviting. The bartender was quite friendly and cut my cigar for me. She offered me a few recommendations for beverages to pair with my cigars. I've only been smoking for 1 year thanks to Covid. I have to say I have not met a female that knew so much about cigars and alcohol. I will be back tomorrow after my meetings, can't wait to try her "Old Fashions ".

Another disappointment smh. I got this Alec Bradley cigar and when I got to smoke it the next day I noticed it was al mangled up. I'll be finding a new place. 8 bucks for a jacked cigar is unbelievable. I actually got 2 shitty cigars.
