CARR B QUE'S

One of the best bbq experiences I've had in a while. You can find true southern barbecue here. The bark on the ribs was impressive and the brisket was super tender. The duo who work this joint are incredibly hospitable and obviously have a passion for what they do, and each other.If you want to support a small business, come here.

First I want to say the lady that work the front was so so nice! Great customer service. She's so warm and welcoming. I had the rib tips potato salad and mac-n-cheese. Now I'm from Memphis so we love bbq and we love our sauce and smoke at the same time. It was good, but need more sauce and maybe try not to put the fatty pieces. I will eat again. I will be going back.

I was leaving middle GA headed back to Metro ATL and wanted some BBQ. I saw great Yelp reviews for CARR B Que's so I decided to make a little detour. So glad I did. Best BBQ I ever had that wasn't cooked at home. I got the rib plate. It came with 4 nice size bones and 2 sides. They were tender and juicy and seasoned well. They didn't need sauce. I like sauce so I drizzled some of theirs on the bones. I like a tomato based sauce with a nice vinegary twang to it (Think NC/East TN style) and theirs fit the bill with just enough sweet component to it. The baked beans were seasoned well as well as the potato salad. A little more mayonnaise than I like but it was still good. I sopped up the remnants of both sides with a piece of white bread. I washed it down with their special recipe SWEET tea. (All caps on sweet intentionally. If you got "the sugar" leave it alone) Tasty but extra sweet. I opted for the peach cobbler for dessert which was good also. This is a little down home bbq spot serving up great food with a heaping side of southern hospitality style customer service. I will DEFINITELY be back to sample more of the menu.

Showed up with the hubby this time and ate in.It's really a nice relaxed place to grab a bite and Mrs. Carr took great care of us. We had her ice tea and sampled her chilli. Both are spectacular.My husband's ribs were absolutely perfect. No BBQ sauce needed but, damn! So so good.I grabbed the Tots with the chili and chopped chicken. Tots aren't just for kids y'all. So yummy!We'll be back.

My first time here and I couldn't wait to get home I started eating in the car. Everything is delish and I will be back for the brisket!

Great food, great portions wonderful customer service Clean great music. Just an all-around. Feel good vibe. Will be back to try the oxtails.

Great quality food, nice sized portions, QUALITY customer service. I met a colleague here for lunch and we were provided with the most amazing customer service. Great family vibe and the owners were friendly and very welcoming. The brisket is to die for and the rib tips are smoked to perfection.

My ribs are excellently marinated while I can still taste the freshness of the meat. I love BBQ that have the sauce aside because I can see how good they make the food. The sauce is tasty too, not a typical sweetness that I normally see at other places. The owners are adorable and treat their clients with their hearts talking about their food and passion. They talked to me looking into my eyes and with big smiles. I'm fond of that kind of business because such manner makes the food even more enjoyable and unforgettable. I could not ask for more with such a wonderful service.

Great food and even better people !! The brisket is the best you'll ever have and the home made Carr B Que Sauce is top tier.I think the pound cake must have been baked by an angel in an oven from heaven.
