This place has a plethora of wines to choose from. Solid atmosphere - clean and chill. Bartenders are usually the same, which is nice to recognize a friendly face. They're super helpful in helping you choose a wine when you're unsure. There are games to choose from, as well as a substantial wine collection to purchase for later.

Great casual and laid back spot to just hang out. Pretty solid selection throughout the store and decent selection at the bar in the back. The seating options were nice and varied with some tables and couches near the bar and then an outdoor patio with some more tables. The service was exceptionally friendly and prices were quite fair. Would definitely recommend and would definitely return.

Local, laid back, and chill vibes is a way to describe Carpetner. In front they have an amazing selection of beer and wine to shop for and in the back there are plenty of community tables and a bar to taste and take in wines and beers. The bartender was super friendly and allowed us to try before we committed, which was so cool. There was never any pressure from him and he made us feel at home. I tried a dry rose cider from NY and an Italian rose, which were both amazing! Unfortunately they do not have food, but there are plenty of restaurants around and they allow you to bring in your own food and partake. My friend and I shut down the bar, but again no pressure to kick us out. The bar had such a great energy and vibe! I definitely will be back!

Carpenter Wine Cellar is located in the space previously occupied by Triangle Wine Company Morrisville. I liked that there was more seating available both inside and out. They also had a nice selection of wine and beer to take home. We stopped in to grab two rounds of beer before heading to dinner and had an okay time. The service wasn't the friendliest and it was more of a spot to grab a beer at with the occasional wine tasting. If you plan to purchase beer or wine to take home you have to do it at the front of the store. In the end, we did enjoy our time here.

Stopped in here for book club with some friends and it is a great spot! There is a lot of seating and we chose the outdoor tables. The outdoor space is cute and spacious (the one downside was road noise on Davis Dr at rush hour). I was really impressed by the selection both on tap/at the bar and on the aisles. You can order at the bar in 16 oz, 20 oz or 32 oz which is a great option for sharing at the table. I was really pleased by the low prices at the bar as well. There are a ton of options in the aisles and coolers to peruse to take home with you. If you live in Morrisville, I definitely recommend this as one epic bottle shop. I will definitely be back and bring friends as this was an awesome spot to hang at!

Man...I hate to leave reviews like this but after my last 4 visits, it's genuinely merited. Service at this location? Fantastic. No problems here, whatsoever. The issues I've had 3 out of 4 times have been the quality of their takeout beer. On two of the occasions, I stopped in to pick up a 6-pack of my fave, Edward Teach's Pistol Proof lager (based out of Wilmington) and each of those three pickups have resulted in the following:- 2, six packs of Edward Teach Pistol Proof. Out of each, there was one can that had a broken seal, resulting in extremely foul, skunk'd brew that made me nauseous once and vomited a second time as soon as I took the first swig. How did I know the seal was broken? There was a small caramelized ring around the top seal that hardened and had exploded sometime between transportation and stock. I even took in both empty cans to show the staff and they acknowledged the issue with faulty cans from ET Brewing.- Since I did't trust the ET brew the last time around (Oct. 30th), I stopped in to pick up a 6-pack of Dale's Pale Ale, since this is an easy go to. I got home, cracked open a can, took a drink and it definitely did not taste like a Dale's Pale Ale. All 6 cans tasted like warmed up Olde English that had gone bad. Malted, skunky and tasted like...well, you know. The packaged date on the box said 8/12 so I couldn't undertand why the beer tasted rotten. I don't know. Maybe their beer on tap is better? All I know is if I want to pick up a pack of beer...I'll stop at Harris Teeter across the street for peace of mind, And even save a buck. I tried supporting local here. Really did. But, if I'm paying more for a product rather than going across the street for a sure thing...I would want it to meet expectations, at least. Service is great but I'll never buy packaged beer from here again. It is what it is.

Went on a Friday night and it was not super crowded. It's more of a grab and go type of vibe but there's ample seating and seating outside. Great atmosphere for a casual drink.

A friend and I visited and were greeted in a delightful way. The atmosphere on the back deck is a relaxing space for a quick escape. You will want to make this your stop to enjoy friendship or relax in solitude with a great glass of wine. Cheers!

Came here from NW Raleigh so it's out of the way.Staff is helpful but some of the beer seems expensive. Lots of 4 packs of craft beer for $18? Maybe they only carry the high end stuff? I did get a 5% discount for buying three bottles of wine. This was ok but I think I'll stick to Total Wine. It's more convenient for me.
