Carbone Miami

I could have sworn this was a TYPICAL Miami restaurant all looks and the food being crap, but I was so wrong- the food was delicious.Reservations were difficult to get but I found a spot the day of at a normal dinner time. They start you with a variety of bread one of which was a tomato bread, they also brought pickled cauliflower and salami and cheese. I was in shocked with all stuff they brought to the table.We started with the Cesar salad, which they make it table side. Super good! We ordered the famous spicy rigatoni and that did not disappoint. The sauce was flavorful, creamy and the pasta was cooked to perfection. We were there for a birthday desert complimentary.I was utterly shocked of the amazing food. Look forward to returning!

I really wanted to love this restaurant but the ambiance was not my favorite. We went for our anniversary and this was not the ideal spot I would've chosen if I knew how loud it would be. It was extremely loud and not really intimate at all. The food however was really good. The spicy vodka rigatoni truly lived up to the hype. We also had a few cocktails that were good. The dessert they gave for free did have a hair on it clear as day so that also loss some points for me.Overall I would recommend going maybe for lunch but if it's at night just know it's not going to be an intimate experience.

Food, Service and Atmosphere is perfect no issues, 4 stars due to my Macallan order, I ordered 18 and I got 12, I confirmed with the server and he said the bar poured 18, NO WAY I KNOW MY Macallan, the 18 is lighter in color and smoother to drink.I was going to add an additional tip much more than the price difference from the 12 to 18 and was going to order one more Macallan 18.There is no way what I drank is 18We brought an Abacus bottle and ordered two more bottles.

**Vegetarian Friendly**I was very excited to try out Carbone. I was stunned with how big this restaurant was for Miami! The outdoor area is very cute, and is a covered patio. The service was absolutely spectacular. One of the few restaurants that read the reservation notes and were prepared with our dietary restrictions. We started with complimentary parmesan cheese and bread basket which absolutely delicious. Little tip - the Carbone NYC, Carbone Vegas, and Carbone Miami operate individually, therefore they have different menus. So needless to say we were very disappointed to not see eggplant parmesan. Our Order: (1) Spicy Rigatone, (2) Lasagna Verde, and (3) off-the-menu pesto pasta.For a viral/global phenomenon dish, the Spicy Rigatoni was a complete let down. Not spicy, and undercooked. The off-the-menu pesto pasta was not good either. I can't tell you what it was made of, but also undercooked. Giving this 2 stars because the service was absolutely exceptional, but the food was a huge thumbs down for the reputation they claim to have.

My girls and I had a reservation but it just so happened it was storming that night we got sat at a table and could only feel a little bit of mist from the rain. The servers were so attentive cleaned off a new table for us and gave us all a free glass of champagne for the inconvenience. The food was delicious but what made the night is the staff , really appreciate a restaurant that cares about their costumers! 10 out of 10!

Snagged a reservation for my birthday to be accompanied by 3 friends . This was my first time at this location and it was Okay. The experience and team was definitely top notch . The seating was prompt and welcome was good . We ordered a round of drinks which was okay . Nothing overwhelming or a must mention . The table side Cesar salad was honestly the best thing of the night . The service was great and it was delicious . This was a shared dish and all agreed on the flavor and tasty . As for the main meal we all opted for pasta which was recommend the most . But the pasta wasn't so extraordinary. I did feel the it was a bit over cooked and seemingly the table had the same exact batch so we all agreed on this . I didn't eat it much at all . Left with leftovers and ended up throwing it away since I mean I just didn't want it . I would still visit again and try another dish or 2 to see if it was just an off night for me . Decor is beautiful and is a breath of fresh air from the norm here in Miami . The music was delightful but was a bit loud at times .

What a wonderful and beautiful meal. I heard carbone was somewhat overhyped so I was expecting a lot of smoke and mirrors, but the service and food really lived up to its reputation.We started out with the beef carpaccio and it was definitely the best carpaccio I have ever tasted. No lie.The spicy rigatoni and orchetti were both phenomenal, creamy and delish plus the pasta was so pillowy and melt in your mouth perfection. Even the bread basket was over the top delicious.We ended the night with lemon cheesecake and a decadent brownie.I can't wait to dine at Carbone again! Cheers to the chef and staff for making our experience unforgettable.

Carbone Miami is gorgeous, delicious, and totally worth the hype! We had a drink at the bar while waiting on our table which was nice to experience different areas of the restaurant. We were a group of 5 so we ordered a lot and shared everything. We had the Caesar salad (made table side), calamari, spicy vodka rigatoni (best I've ever had), tortellini, orecchiette, corn tortufato, and the funghi trifolati and we loved it all. For dessert we went with the lemon cheesecake and the secret menu banana flambé dessert. I'm already planning my next visit!

This is the best food I've had all 2024 and i might even dare to say the 2000's lol. I enjoyed my solo dinner. The staff were amazing. Ambiance was top tier and THE FOOD was life changing. I'm not exaggerating by any means. I wish i could eat there weekly. I understand why it's hard to get a reservations. On a random Monday i saw 3 celebrities. That was cool. This place is worth every dollar

Honestly this place is so boujee, it's not terrible. I feel like it's overhyped. The food is good, although I've had more authentic Italian cuisine. I did enjoy the experience, our server was honestly the best part of our whole dining experience. Her name was Cathy, she was smiling since the moment we started dinner. The reason for the 4 stars is truly because of her, if not I would've rated it a 3. We had a reservation for 11:00 pm because it was the only time available. We booked maybe 2 weeks in advance. We got there around 10:30 and had a drink at the bar. The place was slammed, I guess bc it was a Friday night. I had an espresso martini and it was good. We waited until 11:15 pm to get seated even though we had a reservation. The table we were sat at was open for a couple minutes prior, it just took a while to get it wiped down and set up. As we sat down, we were immediately assisted and greeted by Cathy, she kept that same wonderful energy all evening. She came around with the complimentary appetizers, which was 3 different types of bread, salami, cheese and cauliflower. I love that the restaurant does this, it was delicious. We ordered the calamari to start off and it was great, it had a creamy sauce drizzled all over. As an entree I had the lobster ravioli, it was okay. The pasta tasted quite odd like made out of veggies. I didn't love that, and honestly for $52, 5 pieces of ravioli is crazy to me. The spicy rigatoni was a better option imo, the sauce was sweet rather than spicy. But I enjoyed it, my husband didn't really like it because he wanted it to be spicier. Overall, we expected a more romantic dinner together but the vibe was a bit different. It's probably best to come with friends to a restaurant like this or maybe on a weekday when it's less hectic. We enjoyed the lemon cheesecake to go and it was yummy. I do recommend you check it out. The service was great, very attentive!
