I moved from California to Colorado, Fort Collins, to be exact. I have hunted high and low and haven't found good tacos. I found this place in Instagram and decided to give it a chance. We drove more than an hour and when we arrived we noticed the little salsa bar, just with that I knew this place would be great. We had 4 different tacos each one having is own special uniquely taste. Will be back

I have been here once before and it was amazing! Everything we tried was on point, the service was excellent and so was the vibe. I ordered take out again last weekend...and it was just not great. The chicken taco left a lot to be desired and so did the sirloin taco. Both were flavorless honestly. The ribeye one was better but still nothing great. The salsa bar is the highlight of the meal.I will go again to try them out on site instead of to go

Best taco spot in Denver! So much more than just authentic, legit tacos though. The quesabirria, s'mores horchata, crispy quesadillas, and ranchito bowls are out of this world! If you're near north broadway, stop eating Torchy's immediately. This is your next dinner out.Papa Rib eye (Potatoe cooked on the grill with cheese, butter and any protein of your choice)Quesabirria (Corn tortilla and Flour tortilla)Tacos (Pastor, Pollo, Calabacita-Corn, Camaron, Arrachera).Pastor: Marinated pork loin with pineaple Pollo Asado: Tasty roasted chicken breast with our Sinaloa style marinated recipeCalabacita+Elote: Vegetarian- tasty mixture of zucchini and sauteed corn kernels served on a corn tortilla.Camarón: Baja Style fried shrimp tosed in a light beer batter and top it with sriracha sauce.Arrachera: Juicy Charcoal arrachera flap sirloin Angus.Ranchito Bowl (Pinto beans, served with a cheese combination, salsa pico and meat of your choice).Quesadilla Especial (Crunchy quesadilla cooked on the grill with cheese and meat of your choice).: Elote Nacho Libre (Street style Mexican corn with mayo, Cotija cheese and chili powder) and Esquites (Corn kernels adorned with mayo, Cotija cheese and chili powder).Fresh WatersHorchataPineapple WatermelonDrinks Pastor Margarita: (A fiery blend of dried red chili-infused Jimador tequila, agave syrup, lime, triple sec and natural pineapple juice)La Tóxica: (Tequila Jimador Blanco, watermelon juice, fresh lime, jalapeño, agave).Cabrón Margarita: (Tequila Jimador Blanco, fresh lime, agave, cucumber juice, orange liquor).

The quesabirria tacos are one of my favorites! The place always has a good crowd, but the ordering is simple and efficient! The drinks are good too, I just wish they had something frozen for these hot months. Overall, it's a chill place with great food! You won't be disappointed!

My wife had told me about this place and said it was pretty good so she brought me to try it out. When you walk in and place your order you are greeted by they smell of wood smoke cooking the meat which was an amazing smell! The art work around the restaurant was cool and staff was super friendly. I ordered the lengua tacos and the quesabirria, they were decent but I feel like they lacked seasoning. The quesabirria was better than the lengua which I was bummed about because I absolutely love lengua tacos they are my go to at any taco shop. The lengua here just didn't have a ton of flavor and was a little over cooked and mushy. They weren't horrible just not my favorite, maybe it was just an off day. The quesabirria had good flavor and the meat was extremely tender I'd definitely order them again. It was a little pricey for tacos I think we spent $66 on 8 tacos, which in the world of tacos that's pretty expensive. We did end up getting our car towed while inside which was a $370 bummer so word to the wise don't park in the parking lot next to the restaurant the torcheys tacos employees watch that lot like a hawk and you will have a very expensive taco dinner. All in all the restaurant was decent nothing spectacular maybe it was just an off day as my wife said they were much better the first time she came, I would like to come back and try it again and give it a second chance.

This Mexican eatery was featured on IG or TikTok (forgot where I saw it), so I thought it would be interesting to try. You order first and pay, then with your number, you find a table. You have to remember to ask for water when you order. Utensils and straws are not at the register but in the middle of the store. They have bathrooms in the back.Parking in this area is hard to find if you want a free spot. Most street parking spots are metered. It's better to Uber here and walk around. What to eat here: quesabirria with flour tortilla. You need at least two to be satisfied. The other tacos are an easy pass. The cocktail drinks look pretty and all, but they didn't taste good. This was too bad because I wanted to have a good time here.

We were vacationing in Denver and went out one night to the downtown area. After the lounge we came across this spot on our walk back to the car and wow I am glad we went in. First when you walk in the vibes are very lively. They even have a full bar. The person taking our order gave us great recommendations. The tacos came plain and there was a little add ons area where you could select as many toppings as you wanted. I can't remember exactly what everyone ordered but just take a look at these pics. You really couldn't go wrong with anything there. We all had a variety of items and they were all absolutely delicious. My pick and fave was the Birria taco. It was def chef's kiss!

Grabbed dinner with a friend here and I gotta say, it was delicious. Super casual atmosphere, but I'm sure it gets wild at night especially on a weekend. I thought it was a full sit down with server but instead you order at the counter and then it gets delivered to your table, which I liked. Tacos come with just the meat and then you head over to the salsa bar to add your favorite toppings like cilantro, onion and salsa! The esquite was 10/10 and worth a try. Mezcal was very good, and would definitely come back.

Just moved to the area from Phoenix so we were looking for quality Mexican food. I will say the fish taco 5/5 and I have not had birria that good that's not homemade 5/5 they also had a great salsa bar with all the fixings you could want. That being said, the chicharron lacked flavor and the quesadilla did not have enough cheese. From reading reviews I am guessing certain items will rock your world and others will leave you wanting more.I would have definitely given 5 stars if the price did not get in the way but I see why, given the area and price of food nowadays. I'll definitely be going again for the fish taco especially but maybe during happy hour.Ps I enjoyed the decor and even the restrooms had a good vibes.
