Camerata at Paulie's

Came on a Monday afternoon. Excellent happy hour. 1/2 off opened bottles. Our server was excellent. Friendly, informative, and professional. I was able to taste a few wines in order to find a wine that I loved. It was great that their wine selection was unique. As others have said, they know good wines. I cannot wait to being my friends back. They do not do not have a full food menu but they do offer some small bites.

Love the selection of wines. Great customer service as well. Good spot for a date night or meet up with friends.

We had a wonderful Friday night experience at Camerata. The manager recommended an Armenian wine that was a great choice to sip on throughout our night. We also ordered some delicious appetizers to pick on. I did not love their bread? But all the meats and cheeses were great. The atmosphere was spot on; mood lit and full without being too busy. My only complaint is a single stall gender neutral bathroom. We will definitely be back to try more wines. (There's a parking lot in the back of the building)

Visited Camerata after finishing dinner with my fiance at Paulie's next door. We both had a red wine with dinner, so I wanted to continue drinking reds and my fiance switched to bubbles. Our bartender (who looked like a thinner version of Samwell Tarly from Game of Thrones) was very friendly, entertained my GoT comparison, and offered great selections of wine based on our mood. I got the Cabernet Franc and fiance ordered bubbly with floral hints. We both thoroughly enjoyed our wines. The vibe of the bar was great, not too overly crowded for a Friday night. Song choices were a bit odd-- they were playing the original version of YMCA and not a remix of any kind. But overall a great bar experience for date night.

Always love coming here. I do a few of their half glass pours, so I get to try a variety of wines. Their menu frequently rotates, and their bartenders are knowledgeable and make great recs. I like how they price it accordingly, so you are not upcharged for wanting a smaller portion. Their cheese and charcuterie board and chocolate flight are also phenomenal. The board comes with a lot of bread! The ambiance is dimly lit, so it's somewhat intimate. There is parking behind Paulie's. Highly recommend! My fave wine bar in Houston.

Consistently good service and food, paired with a good balance of classic old world and interesting new world wines. Super chill and down-to-earth vibes which I prefer. I've went there a handful of times and always had a great time.

Houston truly has a gem in Camerata!This place is run by pros, and it shows. From the moment you step in until you leave, the service is absolutely impeccable. Impressive wine list, with helpful guidance from the staff. You can do smaller pours if you want to try more wines. Their meat and cheese board is a great way to nibble on something while sampling their wines.Really great space too - lots of couches and places to lounge, and to be honest feels a lot like chilling in someone's living room.Can see myself coming back regularly. Be sure to enjoy responsibly folks!

Great service and wonderful vibe the staff is knowledgeable the only thing I would prefer is maybe more variety in the pairings of snacks for those who don't like diary
