Call Me Gaby (@callmegabymb) was a great experience from the food, to the service, to the vibe. Everyone loves sitting outside here (so it is very difficult to snag a seat, since they do not provide an option to distinguish indoor vs outdoor on your reservation), but I personally loved the upstairs dining area. It is a bit smaller than downstairs, and there are very cute balcony nooks that fit one table of 4 people- these are the best seats in the house, in my opinion! As for the food, there were 3 in my party, so we ordered 1 pinsa, 1 protein, and 1 pasta to share, and it was plenty (considering we had already ordered appetizers elsewhere ). The pear pasta was very tasty, and the pinsa came with fig jam and stracciatella cheese, which ended up being the perfect mix . The salmon was a bit overcooked for the temperature we ordered, but the flavor was good otherwise. @miamicheatdays

Great place for dinner with an awesome vibe. Enjoyed the antipasto platter but could have included more cheeses. Hangar steak was cooked to perfection and enjoyed the small potatoes. My wife had the homemade pasta and a big portion as well Nice pours on the wine list. Definitely check it out Surprised they did not have gluten free pasta.

Great food, trendy Instagrammable decor, stellar service... what more could you ask for?I came here for dinner while on vacation in Miami in early July. I ordered the hanger steak and the risotto of the day, which was a lobster risotto that day. Both dishes were AMAZING. The steak was cooked perfectly medium rare, and the baked baby potatoes were super good too. The risotto had plenty of lobster meat, making it worth the price in my opinion. For drinks, I ordered the Spaziale. The bartender (who was also our server) was also able to make a mocktail for my friend who doesn't drink alcohol.I'd be down to come here again if I ever went back to Miami!

I had been invited for a dear friends birthday to call me Gaby.We were a big group of girls. & had read the reviews and went in hoping it would be good.Sadly it was not due to many reasons.I had been calling since the morning to ask some questions. Nobody picked up. (3 times to be exact ).I ordered the cacio y pepe. It was not good. There was too much black pepper. And I always get this dish !The drink was okay. The overall vibe of this place is not it. It's too loud. Not ideal to have a conversation or date. The service was good. As usual though there was always an issue with the check having to be split amongst 6 cards for a big group. The prices are too much for what you are paying . There is also a 20 % tip.Parking is street parking. There was no parking and had to valet $25.The overall crowd is not really Miami local foodies, More like the south beach crowd there for the gram.I personally would not go back here again.

You either love or hate the trendy South Beach restaurants near South Pointe. Parking - fortunately I was dropped off but expect to pay $25 for parking because the lots nearby are very sparse.Drinks - I ordered the Profumo cocktail, which was tasty, but slightly different than I expected based on the menu description. $20 Food - I ordered the eggplant parm appetizer and the fiocchi pasta as an entree. Around $50 for the 2, and I HIGHLY recommend ordering an app and entree just due to portion sizes. I believe that price is justified by taste and quality, but could I get an equivalent dish for less at most other Miami Italian restaurants? Yes. I spent $101 in total including tip, and honestly was still a little hungry. Service was good, not great. So, my conclusion on Call Me Gaby is that they are just another trendy overpriced restaurant whose food/service doesn't match the cost.

Nestled in South of Fifth's dining gems, Call Me Gabby adds a chic and romantic touch to Miami Beach's restaurant scene. The gorgeous outdoor dining patio is perfect for a romantic evening or a stylish gathering, offering an inviting ambiance. The first-floor lounge sets a laid-back tone, while the swanky upstairs bar and tables cater to parties of two or more, creating an intimate yet lively atmosphere.I judge a restaurant by the quality of their dirty martinis and I'm pleased to say that Call Me Gabby does not disappoint. The martinis are expertly crafted, though I did miss the blue cheese olives, which would have taken the drink to the next level--if you know, you know. The charcuterie board is a must-try, loved the presentation of hanging meats complemented by the orange jam, candied walnut halves, and olives. The warm toasted focaccia bread is another highlight, and for all you prosciutto lovers, do not miss the Angelina pizza--it's a delicious! While the food and ambiance are top-notch, the service is a bit slower than average. However, the overall experience is makes for the perfect intimate night out. Good quality food combined with an excellent vibe, makes it a must-visit spot in South of Fifth.

I live in MB and pass by this establishment so many times. They have a beautiful patio space and I was in the area. I don't have one particular issue with the entire experience. Is it a tourist trap? Ahh maybe.. The food is just (ok) definitely not worth the high prices they charge. They do not give you bread. They charge $7 for focaccia, which is not great. Literally around the corner you have Carbone that gives you an entire bread, basket / parmesan cheese and salami for free!!!! The cocktails $25 They automatically add the 20'% gratuity on the bill.

On my pursuit of a new Italian restaurant, I ended calling on Gaby last weekend. Located right near South Pointe, it's a great spot to enjoy a bite after a day on the water, especially on their outdoor patio..or come dressed a little nicer for a dinner out. It's a few blocks away from the bustle of Ocean Drive so it has a cool exclusivity.Even on the patio, the music is more jazzy than party. Service was casually relaxed, and my server was on point with her recommendations. The way to go are their pizzas. The "Andrea" I enjoyed is a delicious & complex blend of flavors: fluffy rosemary crust, salty prosciutto, and a sweet fig jam with cool straciatella cheese. Did you try to eat it by hand and your toppings fell on the plate, and you have your crust left? No problem, since they serve a rich Sanniti balsamic vinegar. It's a perfect dipping sauce. Leave some space for their delicious pannacotta with berries. The vibe is great for sipping some vino and a great afternoon out. Giving them an extra star for the vibe..I'd certainly recommend!
