Caffe di Notte

Caffe di Notte might be the best restaurant in the kendall area. At least 20 years ago, the chef from Cafe Vialetto started it, and brought all those delicious fish and risotto dishes here. I have been dining here since then. Today, my brothers kids love it too. Chicken Picatta with penne in pink sauce is kid approved as well. The important thing to note is to always order the specials. There are sometimes as many as ten to choose from. Last time, I had the snapper with champagne risotto and finished with the heath bar tiramisu. The whole meal was delicious and its good bang for your book with parking you don't have to pay for. Trust me and try this sunset drive gem!

One of my best kept secrets. I like to take the wife and friends every so often. The food has been exceptional for the last 20 or so years. The wine selection will have something for any and all tastes. The service is amiable and the ambiance is typically quiet and welcoming. Their specials rotate and you can't go wrong with anything on their menu.

On our way down south to a nursery, we were hungry but being on protein diet this week, we had to pick carefully where we were going to stop. I hopped on Yelp and this restaurant was just ahead. It was pleasantly busy but not packed. The service reminded me of Italy, very personal and attentive to details. The menu was very varied fish, meat and pastas/risotti. We settled on a very well priced Executive lunch selection (three course). We chose bacon wrapped pork loin and the chicken francese. Both delicious. The potato mash was not made from scratch but the desert, strawberries and cream (I know these are not proteins but ...). seemed cream whipped in house.I recommend this cosy spot if you are in the neighborhood.

Amazing, amazing, amazing. What a wonderful hidden gem on Sunset. The night we came in it was not busy at all, and service reflected that. They were very attentive, gave many recommendations Abby's our server knew the menu well. It was romantic and dim lit. The food was outstanding. We had the steak with the blueberry compote (OMG) and the risotto and both were incredible. Can't wait to be back.

Food is authentic & delicious. Gave it a 4 star because we waited 30 min despite having a reservation & place is small & noise level is too loud for my taste.

Been coming here for years and I've had really good meals here. Food has always been above average. But the last couple times I've been disappointed don't know if it has changed ownership or not. Service is always good! We had goat cheese, croquettes, and fried calamari. For appetizers.Croquettes were pretty good although very small cut in half for $15 And the calamari was below average sysco food style ( no tentacles ) for $17 Way overpriced. Entrée I had Corvina with mashed potatoes and vegetables. Not so good and at $40 not what I expected. Cafe Catulas same dish is double the portion and blows it away in taste!! We had a tiramisu for dessert, which was good. For a 3" x 3" piece was $18 which was ridiculous. Joe Stone Crab famous slice of Keylime pie is $12 come on guys.

Amazing, Amazing, AMAZING!From the service to the wine to the food all was 10/10!We love Cafe Vialetto, so of course we had to check this place out.Service was spectacular. Our server, I think his name was.. Alex? Was great! He knew all the specials off the top of his head & made the best recommendations. Will definitely be back!The owners never fail to make us happy & full!

The food, service and ambiance is always very good here! This restaurant has very affordable prices for the great food they serve.
