Whoa This was a surprise. Been working in the Old City area for a couple months and decided to find a sandwich shop. I found Cafe Square One less than two blocks away. I ordered through Yelp and my food was ready when I arrived. The shop has some simple but clean seating so I decided to eat there. I may have startled some patrons with my sounds of delight over this sandwich. Damn it was amazingly tasty and delicious!Lots of meat and just the right amount of spice on the hot Italian panini. I may never bring lunch to work again!

I stopped by Cafe Square One for breakfast and it was a cute little place for a solo meal with small tables. To order, you must use the self checkout tablets and your order will be called out when it is ready. The drinks come out first and then the food order.I ordered the breakfast Sunrise Sammie with a lavender latte. The sandwich came out hot and it was very filling. I enjoyed the latte and felt the taste of lavender was prominent in the drink.

While Christmas shopping I was looking for a place that was quick, a good selection and some seating to recharge and eat! This cafe fits the bill, perfectly. Order at the kiosk and grab a seat in one of the tables. Ordered Spicy Philly Panini which lived up to the billing. Quite a bite of heat with this sandwich of spicy chicken, bacon, avocado and cheese. A big meal for $11. The chicken shawarma wrap is fresh and flavorful. Great cappuccino and cafe Americano. Overall, a solid place to go to for lunch or a quick bite to eat.SERVICEThe staff were a little stiff and not the most friendly. I ordered at the counter, but later realized that they also had a kiosk at the side. You can order from either. The wait time was about 15-20 minutes when ordering in person, and ordering for pick up is also available with a wait time of 25-45 minutes.AMBIANCEAmple seating is available inside the store. The atmosphere is very casual and mostly grab-and-go.PARKINGPaid street parking is available at a limited capacity, though I wouldn't recommend it as it is located on main street.

We really liked the food, however customer service seemed like it was rushed. I get that they are busy on a saturday but when we walked in the cashier seemed like she was trying to rush through the check out The sandwiches were great!
