I've only been here for brunch buffet. It's got all the staples for food. Omelet station can be slow if there's a crowd since it's three omelets at a time. Service is good. Everyone seems to have a great time around us. They have tv on for sports. You can always get like a mimosa tower thing that looks huge. Service is good. Everyone here is friendly.

Checked out Cadillacs happy hour yesterday and I will be back! Quesadillas were $5 and so were the margaritas! But the shot is $8, it's a double, and good tequila! The vibe was pretty chill while we were there so it's not the super lively crowd, but if you bring your people with you it doesn't matter.

Went for Cinco De Mayo, not sure if that's why but it was wild the house margarita came out in the same size cup a kid's frosty would be in and if there was any alcohol I couldn't taste it. Service was okay, there was a misunderstanding so we got more food than we bargained for.$10 the queso came out in a small cup and it wasn't really worth the price. The food was also overpriced for the lack of flavor, I only really liked the quesadilla that came in the Cadillac Plate. Salsa wasn't spicy at all either. The vibe indoors was pleasant and the host was very funny and nice. I wouldn't come back but if you just want some basic Tex-mex, it's definitely a choice.

Visited here with a party of 7 on a Saturday evening and had great service from Dylan. He's funny, quick and attentive! I was overwhelmed by how large the portions were. If I had known, I may have gone for the enchiladas or even the nachos. I did enjoy my fajitas and really only made two so I have some leftovers to look forward to. The restaurant wasn't full but it was still relatively loud so at times we couldn't hear Dylan or each other. Only reason I couldn't give it five stars can be attributed to the tortillas (too hard) and the sweet tea option.

Very nice, perfectly serviceable Tex-mex! Nothing on this menu that I had today blew me away; however, it was all solid. The rice is good, beans are fine, I enjoyed the chips. Can't exactly write home about the salsa, the red and green are fine.My cheese enchilada was just fine. I liked my crispy taco as well. I liked the quesadillas, though it was a bit watery. My best friend got the shrimp and they were good, though a tad overcooked.Our waiter was attentive and friendly. Definitely nothing to complain about, but not the best I've had, either. I'd go back! They aren't trying to reinvent the wheel with their food, but I'll give an extra star for the ambience. I like this venue.

Rodeo-version: great tacos, very fast, a bit pricey but so was everything at the rodeo. Two beef fajita tacos and a water was $18 is crazy, but I was full afterwards. I'm sure eating here is better, but for the most part the food satisfied us.Cheers!
