In the corner of shopping center, so during lunch hours it can be hard to find parking.Got here around 130pm on Friday, pretty busy for lunch hour but line moves quickly the restaurant was packed as well, some patrons had to find seating outside, which is nice on days when weather is pretty, plus you can sit with your pet.I like the variety of choices in protein, tortillas, sides and sauces. I got the #4 special fish burrito, portion is pretty big, but can be devoured if you're really hungry. My burrito was delicious without any sauce but even more yum with the ancho rancho!Best part, my giant burrito was under $10.Worst part, Cabo is a bit of a drive from me. Honestly, cabo bob needs to replace all the Chipotles, I think they have way better options and food was more delicious.

Love love love cabo bob's. Imagine your favorite local giant Tex-Mex burrito chain, but with some ~spice~. Service is usually friendly and fast, and they have a nice reward system. The burritos are massively portioned and have excellent flavor in the tortilla. One burrito can take me from starving to bursting, and there are smoked chili sauces that are also worth trying out, and make a nice addition. While I used to have to make the journey to Austin for this delicious burrito joint, I'm so glad that it's now only 10 minutes away.Overall, it's a warm and groovy space with plenty of space to hang out with friends, relax and enjoy giant and delicious burritos with a reward system! What's not to like?

Food is delicious. Everyone is friendly. Very clean inside. Fresh fresh fresh !!! I recommend this over chipotle

I really like this burrito chain. More than Freebird's and obviously more than Bullritos and Chipotle lol. I ordered a Burrito Combo with a cilantro tomatillo tortilla, chicken, herbed rice, cheese, mango salsa, red salsa, cilantro, pico tomatoes and guacamole. It was very delicious and good quality. Every part of this burrito was great and the chicken had a good grill flavor to it. The ingredients were all very fresh and tasty in this wrap. The chips were also crispy and seemed homemade. The service was efficient and friendly.

Great value for the price. It was a lot of college/greek frat kids in there and I think it describes this place well. The line on a Friday night took about 10 minutes which isn't bad. I could definitely see myself loving this back in my college days. It was tasty but nothing mindblowing.

I visited this place firs time. during lunch hours with my coworkers. Here is my take on Cabo Bob'sPros:A good alternative from Chipotle or Freebirds. They offered seafood as alternative from chicken and beef so that's a plus. Their sauce gave me different taste bud than Chipotle so I was happy with the alternative. Cons:There was nothing bad really. My dining experience was good but it wasn't like I would come back in a week so I think 4-star rating was fair.

Great customer service from every single employee. When you see the way they make the tortillas, you can expect great things ahead when ordering. Also love that you can choose DIFFERENT tortilla flavors, makes the restaurant really stand out. The drink flavors are sooo unique!! I absolutely loved mixing the lemonade with the tea. Bathrooms were clean as well! We will definitely be returning.

Today I again ordered three different Tacos. I just kind of threw in random ingredients. One had steak one had brisket and one had chicken. Two out of three also get mango salsa, sour cream, guacamole, Baja beans, and brown rice. Now taking it home to enjoy this repast with one of my favorite craft beers.

I stumbled upon this eatery after shopping at HEB across the street and wanted to grab a bite before heading home. I had no idea how delicious the food is and now faithfully drive from the EaDo area for the nachos or the amazing fish tacos! The pricing is very reasonable for the quality, however, I have noticed that the portions are inconsistent depending on who's preparing your meal. Overall, this is still a 5-star casual restaurant!

It's been awhile since I had them!!! Recently tried the Burrito (Smoky Cheddar Tortilla) with Steak and I had to try the Chips/Queso with their Mint Sweet Tea. Definitely made my day. One day after my jog at Memorial Park, I came back but this time for a Veggie Burrito Bowl. A lot better than Chipotle and Freebirds, I will be coming back more often!!!
