Cabo Bob's Burritos

I keep trying to give this place a chance after my last review but I'm done. I have teenagers so I know how they act but you're at work. Act like it.First, I stand there for a good 3-4 minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge me. I'm the only one in line (except an employee on break who literally stood there in my way) while the drive thru girl (headset and braces) talked to the cooks. Finally, when the cook said "help her", she turned around, saw me and kept talking. When she finally decided she was done talking she did start my tortillas. I noticed a manager there (lavender shirt at the register) and she didn't pay any attention to the 6 employees standing around talking while I stood there, Did I mention again that the young kid on break in line with me would not move so I could get my toppings? I won't be returning, this was the final straw. I'll take my business to the one near my job. This was after work during busy times. You would think they would be spending time prepping and cleaning instead of ignoring customers.

My first time here. Did they forget to give me something? I got the Cabo Bob's chicken bowl without rice or pico. If you look @ the pic there's a hole where something should have been. The bowl was good, but wasn't worth the $11.00+ that I paid. I'll return & try something else. My daughter recommended the nachos.

My sister and friend told me to give this place a try because I love chipotle so much. Upon arrival I was impressed that they make their tortillas fresh and upon order. My friend and sister also told me to order the fish and it was delicious. The ordering process is similar to chipotle. Restaurant was clean and bright. I suggest giving this place a try if you like chipotle.

Nice staff most smiling , one not sure if she knows what Barbacoa is. Tested her and she offered what beef she had instead of telling me it is not served there. I would like to see that added to the menu. Reminds me of two other spots, the one with a C not so good.

I ordered El jefe burrito and added avocado and and said no jack cheese. Omg this is good!

Yup, this place is where you want to come get a Burrito! How about some flavor options on your Flour tortilla...and just to make it special we'll make it fresh on the spot! You'll find your typical options for fixin's with a few extras. So, how about some well flavored protein to 1-Up the competition, Done!Just to make sure you're satisfied..choose from 4 Heat options to wake up your taste buds. I enjoyed the Smoke 66 Habanero. To top it off, polite staff making your creation with a smile. What more can you ask for? Give it a shot!Oh yeah, one more thing, Jarritos & Mexican Coke!

Cabo Bob's Burritos have my favorite fast casual fish tacos anywhere! I originally tried them in Austin so having them in Houston now is great!I like to think of this place as "Chipotle" but fresher, higher quality, bigger selection, and just overall better haha. My favorite part of Cabo Bob's is their MADE TO ORDER FRESH tortillas. How can you beat soft, fresh, hot tortillas that are literally made a minute before you eat them? With multiple flavors of tortillas, you can't go wrong.My go to order here is their deluxe fish tacos with a little bit of everything. I even add a little bit of their brown rice and baja beans in the taco as well. Their fish tacos are so good when they're fully loaded with cheese, pico de gallo, jalapenos, grilled onions, etc. My favorite sauce is their spicy jalapeno sauce which has a kick, but is super creamy.Overall Cabo Bob's Burritos is honestly one of the best fast casual restaurants in Houston. Please open a location closer towards the Pearland/Clear Lake/NASA area!

Delicious and well priced! Lots of tortilla options which they press out for you in person which is a fun experience to see. Plenty of meats, beans, and toppings which all were fresh. Definitely recommend this place - popular and busy but the line moves fast. Burritos are huge and the chips and queso was tasty.

Delicious burritos that are way better and bigger (!) than Chipotle. My husband and I got fish burritos and luckily, we were able to get the fish that had just come out of the fryer. Tortillas are pressed to order and hot when they come off the grill. There are tons of toppings, and the burritos are STUFFED.It was extremely busy but service was still friendly. Parking lot out front makes things easy.

The food is decent, but the customer service is terrible. Every time I go through the drive-thru, I encounter issues. It's frustrating. Today, I ordered a burrito, and when I tried to add a quesadilla, the employee told me it wasn't on the drive-thru menu because it takes longer to make. I explained that I've ordered it before without a problem, but he insisted it was a one-time exception. It was unnecessary and rude. There weren't even any other cars behind me, so it's not like they were busy. It's only Tuesday afternoon. This will be my last visit to this place. Also, CHRIS F, who seems to be a manager, was the one being rude. Disappointing.Additionally, I would like to suggest that management invest in better staff training and morale-building initiatives. The consistently negative attitude of both staff and management detracts from the overall customer experience and could be improved with proper training and support.
