I fully recommend this place for breakfast and lunch. OMG the chicken fried steak breakfast was awesome. Easy on the wallet and a lot better than the big corporate operations out there. Friendly service, quality food who could go wrong. And they had images of Tomball placed about. A lot of them I remember in my 60+ years in the area. this would be the quintessential "home town cafe".I can't believe why I hadn't dined here until today, even had some friends from out of town that were really impressed!I would give it six stars if they would give me an extra one

When you walk in the door you feel at home. It's like country cooking at is best. I love the atmosphere of the restaurant and the service was better than some 5-star restaurants. It's one of the best breakfast, brunch and lunch spots I've been to in awhile.

Oh, how the mighty have fallen. You know how you remember a place, because in your memories it was awesome and delicious and so you block out anything bad? (Thanks, Brain!). I'm wondering if the service was this bad the last time we were here and that's why we haven't been back in a long time. Or, is this just a new thing and, hopefully, a one time mishap?Well, I'm hoping the food is still as home-cooked delicious as I recall from years ago, but the service is (looks up antonyms for service): faulty, in disrepair, useless. We came around 12 on a Sunday, and you could see the place was busy. The tiny anteroom has 3-4 couples piled in (it was cold outside, so no one wanted to wait outside the front door). About 4 people in front of us, and I told the hostess we would be sitting in our car (parked two spots from the front door) "Would you like our phone number?" "No, well just yell your name out loud." Fifteen minutes pass, no name called and no one stuck their head out the door. (We had our window rolled down and could see the front door) I come back inside and can see on the list our name has been crossed out and several other names added below. We finally get a table, and are ignored. We watch the threesome seated after us get menus, drink service, and an order taken before we even receive a menu. Then we wait. And wait some more. Finally get waters (one straw for two people). And wait again. I'm starting to contemplate leaving - and finally we get our orders taken. I'm all for supporting the local joint, and we're on the hunt for an early open breakfast place during the week (kudos for yall being open at 6am) but if this is the level of service we can expect? There's no way we'd make this a usual haunt.

I've been going to Cc's since it first opened with Mr Joe and his granddaughter Brittany. Even though it's been bought out they have kept it the same except for updated look. Which looks amazing. Same food and staff. We always look for Autumn when we go in. The food has stayed true and it's delicious after all these years. Breakfast is excellent you gotta try the waffle's!!!

Great food and great prices kinda small place so be prepared but sooo worth it!! Definitely home style dinner

This is a great little diner in Tomball, located in the same basically as the HEB. Has great Tomball Memorabilia and decor on the walls. Definitely recommend breakfast here is is worth the wait.

My sister in love told me about this breakfast spot (she knows I absolutely love breakfast ALL day). My husband and I selected this one out of the two she gave us in Tomball because it looked larger. We were greeted at the door and it was actually held open for us (my husband is using a walker right now). He ordered Sausage, eggs, toast and grits (I forget the meal name) and I ordered a single blueberry pancake, bacon and eggs over medium. Bacon was limp and tasteless, eggs were over soft and the pancake was cooked to fast as it was hard and shiny on top but I saw batter on the inside. The waitress noticed I didn't eat my food and asked if I wanted the eggs redone, I said no as it was too late. My husband said his grits and eggs were fine. His sausage, I sampled a piece, although greasy had a nice spicy bite of flavor. He had coffee but said it was watered down. I Would not return.

As one of the world's foremost experts on Biscuits and Gravy. I feel a duty to tell people about C C's . One biscuit split in half covered a dinner plate. And they were the best biscuit I've had in years. The sausage gravy was perfect, and my eggs and hashbrowns were too. This will be my favorite breakfast place in Tomball. And I plan to go soon for lunch and try the chicken fried steak I've heard it's good also. Wonderful place for a delicious breakfast.

Food was great, great portions, the price was right, the service was friendly and helpful. Its a really cozy country dinner. Had the chicken Fried steak breakfast plate and it left me satisfied

Tried it out for the first time and was pleased with my visit! Our server was wonderful; very sociable, and gave great recommendations on the menu. Interior had a neat atmosphere, lots of neat paintings to get carried away looking at! Ordered a BBQ burger and the bun admittedly tasted bland like the cheap kinds you find at the grocery store. For cheese it was melted shredded cheese which wasn't bad but not what I expected. The BBQ sauce on the burger was great and the meat was wonderfully grilled which made up for the rest! The best part of the menu were the amazing hand cut fries!! They were perfection! I definitely wanna come back to try something on the breakfast menu!
