Fried catfish and shrimp was amazing! Super crispy, not too greasy and seasoned well. The table also had a grilled option, fried was WAY better. Egg rolls were also delicious

Ordered the Grilled Catfish (2) Shrimp (4) $13. Served with seasonal vegetables and Creole rice. EVERYTHING DELICIOUS! Fish and shrimp cooked perfectly! Not overdone, had a good sear, and seasoned just right. The sides - could get a plate of that by itself! I'm from Houston and this would be one of my go-to's if I lived closer. Oh and all the staff were full of warm smiles.

Looks like a dive, a hole in the wall, but what it lacks in ambiance, it more than makes up for in taste! We eat there several times a month and I hear everything on the menu is delicious. Problem is, I can't get past the shrimp and fish dinner!!! Tastiest, most succulent shrimp I have ever had along the Gulf Coast! Shrimp are large, clean, and prepared perfectly! The fish is tastier or at least comparable to any I have had at a redneck fish fry. The prices are more than fair and the folks there are like family. Don't judge a book by its cover... give this place a try... you can thank me later.

A little hole in the wall gem. Don't come here if you're seeking aesthetic. C Chum provides solid portions, nice flavors, and fair prices. I order the grilled mahi (add grilled shrimp) with double veggies. Everything was tasty. I have only experienced one waitress covering the whole dining area, so have patience. I have also ordered the fried calamari as a starter and was not disappointed! Give it a try if you're in the area, you won't be disappointed.
