I got the Colorado cheeseburger . The crispy jalapeños with the bacon and green chili aioli were very tasty. I got a single patty which apparently was not enough. Next time I'd get the double patty. It's a very simple smash burger but the taste is on point. Feels a bit pricey compared to the quantity you get at another burger joint tho.The skinny french fries were just ok.Theres an atlas coffee house and brewing place in the same joint which is cool. The bartender was super friendly.

Tbh, these burgers are fries and the best. Similar style to Smashburger when it was good but the beef flavor is just so rich and the fries are perfectly crispy. I love a solid, simple menu with high quality ingredients.

I've had this place bookmarked since it opened. Finally made it in for lunch the other day. It's in an open brew pub environment. We didn't want an afternoon food coma, so Mr H. and I split a Double CBurger Cheeseburger, with added bacon, and Green Chili & Cheese Fries, with added raw onion. Anthony was very informative about their beef from regenerative ranches. There is a kiosk for ordering, and they text you for pick up, so service is limited. Since the Pattie's are cooked smash burger style, we probably could have been fine with our own burgers. I wish places like this had smaller buns for their singles so the proportion would be better. But it was absolutely delicious, as were the fries. Mr H. is already asking when we're going to have their burgers again. Since we now live dangerously close, it will be very soon!

First thing first. The BURGER. I am a pretend or want to burger enthusiast. I am not a fan of thick burgers. If you're not either then this is the place for you. We got a simple cheeseburger. It came with their house made C-sauce. To get right to the point we will be back. The burger is 5 but the fries.....3.5-4 out of 5. We got the seasoned ones. I was honestly thinking do you want some fries with your seasoning it was so much. But those little fries ain't going to stop me when I have another cheat day! If you're a burger person, do yourself a favor, go to C Burger!

Flippin delicous! Found this on accident and I loved it. Inside you will also find a brewery. Power combo!

First of all I ordered two regular hamburgers with everything on it like the American cheese burger I don't know who prepared them but they didn't make them like they promised as I asked for onion and there was a about five chopped pieces and the pickles were not of a good quality and the hamburgers were dry and they put way too much mustard, for the price of $25.00 and some change, no way I will be back the buns were soggy and I ordered seasoned fries and they were too salty and spicy so I didn't leave a good review one star!

The burgers and fries are fresh and super tasty. The only reason I did 4 stars was the price - 40 bucks for two burgers and two fries - zero drinks. You order yourself on a kiosk and they text you when order is ready. As fresh as it was, worth the ten minute wait for sure. Hard to find it though because it is inside a brewing company and we didn't know.

I have been craving a really good burger and C burger hit the spot! The burgers are unbelievably good and I can't wait to go back and have another! The cburger sauce is really good and the bun is perfect for the burger patties I also tried the porta bello mushroom burger which I thought was amazing. It was very juicy and was a very larger portion of mushroom. The cheese fries were good but I did not love the cheese that is used but that is just my personal preference. This space is shared with Sanitas brewery which makes it a little tricky to find as they do not have any signs on the outside. They have kiosks for ordering and the people making the burgers truly care how the burgers are. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a good burger.

Burgers are the most casual food in the Denver area that disappoints me the most. SO happy C Burger opened. Self ordering station (yay), clean open kitchen (oh yeah you can see it all), great portion sizes and regenerative beef. Plus they share a dining room with Sanitas Brewing. Go get a burger.
