Byblos Express Greek & Lebanese

The food was very good. It's a small quaint place. We enjoyed the atmosphere. Service was okay.

Horrible!!! Waited 5 minutes at the door before we were even greeted. Ordered the fried cheese, hummus, garlic dip and falafel. Hummus was very acidic garlic dip tasted like old oilfalafel was very salty fried cheese had an overbearing garlic taste. Explains why the place was empty.

Fantastic Greek Food! Decided to meet friends at Byblos in Highlands Ranch after work since there's about a dozen tables inside as well as a couple outside should you want to enjoy the weather. We ordered the chicken shawarma plate (grilled chicken that's been marinated in fantastic Lebanese spices, hummus, saffron rice, the BEST tzatziki sauce you have ever had),the gyros sandwich (beef & lamb with tzatziki sauce and a really great salad), and the combo chicken shawarma and gyros plate (w/hummus, rice, tzatziki in addition to the two meats) which came with hot, fresh pitas. As someone who only eats lean chicken--no fat, no skin on it, and no weird gristle--their chicken is very moist, extremely flavorful, and yet lean. It's amazing. My friends and I were blown away by how great the food is, how charming the restaurant is, and that it's reasonably priced. If you love authentic Greek food, THIS IS THE PLACE for you. If you've never had the pleasure of enjoying Greek food, get in there! The gentleman who takes your order and serves you, is clearly a great representation of those good looking Greeks as well. Plus their frequent dining program racks up the points quickly, or it does for me since I've been there 4 times over the last 2 weeks; and if you pay with cash, free baklava! If you try to compare it to Shawarma Mediterranean Grill on University, don't. You'll do both places a disservice since the food may sound similar but it's not. The Lebanese spices are known to be richer, more aromatic which is very true for Byblos. You cannot compare apples to oranges; so get your taste buds to Byblos and see for yourself. I've yet to visit this place without seeing quite a few people getting their food to go as well as dining in. The word is out; and it's becoming the go-to spot for some of the best Greek food around. Get in there before you have to wait for a table; it's that great!

Love Byblos and never disappointed. The gyros are some of my favorite and don't sleep on the garlic dip as a side. Drool worthy! The baklava is also a great way to end the meal. Very easy to order online and the service is impeccable. Not only are the extremely fast, they are the absolute nicest!! Byblos, thank you for being such a great, tasty option in our neighborhood.

Delicious and very authentic Lebanese spot. Very casual, small restaurant with really great tasting food. We ordered things we typically make ourselves at home and we were all very impressed with how authentic and delicious it all was. We will definitely go back next time we are in Denver!

Don't let the strip mall look discourage you from going in. The food is FABULOUS!! It's a smaller casual space but plenty of tables for dine in. We went around 8 pm on a Friday night. We were seated immediately and the service was very friendly and quick. The spinach pies were made from soft pita bread like texture rather than the pastry sheet texture I was expecting. Still, very yummy. I ordered the chicken shawarma sandwich with dolmas and garlic dip as my sides. The meat was so tender and well cooked but the real winner was the garlic dip. I've never had anything like it so definitely order at least a small side of it! My husband got a combo shawarma and gyro plate which he devoured so I'm gonna guess that was a 10/10 haha. I wasn't a huge fan on the dolmas but it didn't take away from the rest of the meal. If you pay in cash, you get free baklava! Highly recommend this restaurant if you are in the Highland Ranch area.

Made a last minute decision to try out Byblos and I was pleasantly with the food. Great hummus and falafel to start. I'll be heading back to try out more of their menu.

This little hole in the wall was fantastic! We got the small hummus, small tzatziki, and spinach pie for an appetizer, and they had wonderful flavor. The eggplant plate was so amazing we got one to go! I also recommend the chicken kebab sandwich. Our server took great care of us and made sure we had everything we needed. I was impressed with how many To-go orders they had in the hour we were there, and how busy it got! We will definitely be back. I think this is our new favorite Greek/Lebanese spot. Don't forget baklava for dessert!

You can tell this food is made with love. Small little hole in the wall joint that mainly serves food to go. Walked in and ordered the shawarma chicken plate to go, in less than 5 minutes had it ready to go. Seasonings didn't wow me but the meal was solid. You get free baklava if you pay in cash!

Absolutely the best Greek restaurant in Colorado! Great service and food is amazing.
