Buzzles Shaved Ice - Louetta

This place is extremely slow! Do not be in a rush! I tried to give them business by supporting local businesses however this is the 3rd time & nothing has changed! If you go, make sure to have extra time--do not be on a schedule by any means!

Great place to grab a snow cone. They have so many flavor's, what a variety. From Texas flavors to character flavors. Extras include anything from sweet cream to Tajín to a scoop of Ice cream. Perfect for this hot summer!! Definitely a must try. Highly recommend. Awesome place for the kids.

What in the world could take them so long??I arrived with lots of time to spare. My infant was sleeping in the car seat, and my husband wanted to go check out a store in the parking lot, so I got in line to get a snowball. There were about 6-7 cars ahead of me, so I expected a wait, but not 45 minutes!A worker did come out to greet me and take my order, and she was very nice and helpful with suggestions. I continued to wait (this was probably 20 minutes in), and in that time, my husband came back by and my kid woke up. We continued to wait for another 15-20 minutes, but by that time, I was still third in line.Cars would pull up and still wait ten minutes to get an order. Why take our orders early? Why would snowballs take this long? Were there issues with the machine? My very first job was at a snowball stand, and with some pretty privative machinery from 20 years ago, I could have gotten through the line of cars in half the time by myself.Eventually, I got out of line and tried to get a different worker's attention to tell them not to make my order, but he was walking out to take more orders from the people waiting in line! Why?! You have orders that aren't fulfilled yet!Anyway, this pregnant lady is rather disappointed in her lack of a snowball. I'm sure I'll try again at this location since it's close to my neighborhood, but PLEASE fix whatever issue was causing the wait!

Love this place! This is definitely the go to spot for snow cones on a hot day! So many different flavors. Super cute little sitting area as well!I love their cute logo! :P

This was our first time here, and they didn't disappoint at all! We were so excited that it was truly Hawaiian shaved ice, they had so many flavors, various options of toppings, and you can even add ice cream! Katelynn R. gave us the best service! She was so helpful showing us the different sizes we could choose from, she was so patient while all the kids were making their orders, and some of the kids changed their orders a couple of times too! I'm in an industry where customer service is extremely important, and I'm a stickler on my team on customer service. So when I'm given excellent & friendly service; I'm definitely acknowledge the person. We are definitely coming back! Thank you Katelynn R. For the amazing service; you made the impromptu trip so worth it!

It took a while, but it was good. We paid for ice cream (.75) but there was a pathetically small amount. At first I didnt think there was any! Other than that we liked it.

Oh SOO good! On a hot day, Buzzles serves up precisely what is needed!Great service, good prices and delicious flavors. Drive through goes pretty quickly, even though there were multiple cars in front of us when we arrived.Love that they offer a flat top, too. Makes it so much easier to drive in my little car (with a small center console cup holder) and get my sno cone home safely. That is, if I don't eat it all on the way home!AAHH! So good!

I love Buzzles! Been coming here for a while and today I tried a yelp recommended flavor! My personal favorite is the cherry cola w/ sweet cream and 2 scoops of ice cream. I try to come once or twice a month

Best shaved ice in the area! Great prices and wonderful flavors! Highly recommend stopping by especially in this heat!

I will start off by saying that I love Buzzles' product. The shaved ice has great flavor and great texture. I do have a gripe with this place - and it relates to service.On several occasions, I have ventured to Buzzles in search of some shaved ice only to leave empty handed. For today's venture, I pulled up in line. There was one care ahead of me. I waited for close to 10 minutes. During that 10 minutes, I saw folks get out and walk around to the counter. Regardless, my schedule was tight and I could not afford to wait an additional 10 minutes for them to make my shaved ice --- even if the car moved at that point - which it didn't. So, I had to leave. I know the shaved ice is fresh, but unless I'm missing something -- there is a machine that shaves the ice -- and syrup is simply added. It should not take that long even with minimal staff. Oh well. Hopefully others have a more productive experience.
