Food is delicious Service is grandAtmosphere is great 1st time visiting the establishment. Greeted by the host immediately. Waitress came to my table and was very polite and knowledgeable. I would recommend everyone come out and give this place a try.

I usually don't post reviews but here I go.This was my first time going to Buzz & Bites! I was super excited to try out their food and check them out. Since it was so close to me I hoped that it will be my new "go-to" spot. Unfortunately, I was very wrong.The food was mid (at best). The bacon came out tough, hard and flavorless. The eggs were ok, and the croissants were just soggy. The best part of the "food" was the avocado inside the croissant. The avocado itself earned them the one point out of five.The service was just awful. I was blown away by how disorganized, unwelcoming and unkind the staff were. I was a waitress for a long time so I had my fair share in the food industry and I know how hard it is to be one. Therefore, I try to cut everyone some slack and understand. But wow. This place didn't seem like they cared at all. We were seated by the hosts and we waited 15-20 minutes for someone to come and take our order. We waited for a bit because I thought there were not enough staff so we wanted to be patient. Since no one came to give us water, or take our order, I went up to the "bar" area to order. Tell me why there was about five/six people behind the bar areas just looking around/doing nothing... Anyways, they took our order. After waiting for some time again, I just went up to physically pour water for us, get our napkins, and dishes because we were thirsty as heck. I wasn't sure if it's a "do it youself" so I had no problem. But tell me why, the tables around us had someone wait on them?? Every table except us. Also, one of the waitress took 30 minutes to chit chat with her friend while we needed service..?? Like come on, you're at work!! If I could, I would've given zero stars or even negative. Worse service ever.Ambiance is nice but a bit loud. I would love to come back and give it another shot but under better management. Thanks.

A great place for a hassle free breakfast.They are very accommodating to any changes to the menu items.I have a hard time eating starchy foods so they gave the breakfast wrap without a wrap. It is delicious

Came here for a small gather birthday party. They have a big semi private table in the back that was perfect for this.The wait staff was nice and knowledgeable. Gave good recommendations with food and drink pairings as they have a giant menu.Very cool interior with lots of spots to get photos at. They have an arcade in the back area near the bathrooms with every old school game you'd want to play. The only downside is that the food took awhile to arrive and it all showed up for me at the same time. Would have liked apps first followed by the main course a bit later. We did have a bigger group than normal but still thought they could a done a bit better.

First thing to know this is a SLOW coffee establishment. This is NOT a complaint, it's a compliment! You want Starbucks or McCafé speed {and taste} go there. Eat in coffee and food is served in washable dishes and real utensils, not paper or plastic. Staff is friendly, attentive and competent. Texas pecan latte was amazing and adorable. Food should look AND taste good and they achieved both! Cheese danish was perfectly baked not doughy or overly crispy but a perfect blend of the two. The filling was also the exact combination of sweet and tangy. The space itself is warm and welcoming and much larger than I expected. Lovely patio with plenty of seating, which, sadly on this rainy day I couldn't take advantage of. I plan to come back in the evening to experience the other side of this business which promises to be a little boozy and savory.

Most of the delicious food seen on here for this place were during their brunch hours/brunch menu. We arrived later or on a day that didn't serve brunch (I can't recall which), so we had to stick with the dinner menu. They DO have kid meals, but it is only listed on their brunch menus, so ask for that if you would like to order something for the kids.We really liked the chocolate croissant that we ordered from their pastry display. They grab fresh ones from the back and warm it up for you and bring it to your table if you are dining in. There were three people working in the front and we were the only customers for the first half of our meal. Another family came in after and mostly ordered drinks and appetizers. The service was nice albeit a little bit slow. They worked very hard polishing glass cups and cleaning the front bar area, but made very little eye contact with customers so we had to do things on our own (find where extra napkins and silverware were located since we were not given enough, find a kids menu since it said online that there were some- wanted to see if they were updated or not, and get a refill on the super small glasses of water.) The kids had the chicken strip and fries. I asked if one of the fries could be subbed out with sweet potato fries instead, but our server misunderstood and ordered an extra sweet potato fries for us instead. The fries were ok and overly seasoned. The kids did not like them. I ordered the chicken Alfredo and it was ok, too, but not worth the price point, in my opinion. My husband ordered on of the burgers, but we can't recall which one. It wasn't the best either. The restaurant itself was really cute and set up very well for a brunch location or a place to hang out. There are small tables up front to sit, regular booths to one side, and a longer booth/bench with multiple tables behind the ordering counter that could sit a bunch of smaller groups or one larger group if the tables were pushed together. It was also nice since it was somewhat removed from the rest of the space to allow for more room and privacy.We went in with high expectations and left a bit disappointed. Perhaps the best meals to be had here are during their brunch hours - which might be way the place was so empty when we arrived and when we left. I would recommend going there during their brunch menu or for the croissant.

Had to request a lot of things; i.e., utensils for the little ones, napkins, etc. and it took awhile for us to get the things. Tell me why my drink was not topped off... for the monies that is spend. I mean add ice or something... it just shows that they didn't care about what they were about to hand off to customers. Sad. B/c i really do like the ube latte. But will not return.

Easy parking (free) , super friendly servers. The chicken in the chicken and waffles were so tasty. The bacon is crispy not chewy the strawberry cream drink was heaven but the spritzer blood orange mimosa I didn't like bc I'm not a spritzer fan. I didn't realize it had it in the drink or I wouldn't have ordered. My fault!! Overall we're excited to come back soon to try other drinks.

food was absolutely amazing! coming back again! the strawberry ricotta toast was delightful. my toddler loved the chicken and fries! I had the burger with fried egg! Aoili spread is a must on everything!
