Burrito Leo’s Mexican Food

I've been on the hunt for classic breakfast burritos since I moved to San Diego and this one will not disappoint!! 5 star review! We got the Leo burrito and it was amazing. Very big (And I mean, I almost couldn't finish big!). It was filled with everything you want in a breakfast burrito, ham, crispy bacon, sausage and all the fixings. This place is authentic and will keep you coming back for more. Check it out!

This place may not be much to look at, but they offer some delicious Mexican Home Cooking.For breakfast, I had heaping pile of Longaniza Chorizo Scramble with a side of refried beans, rice, and potatoes. Not to mention piping hot corn tortillas for $10.99 plus tax.Like I stated, the Chorizo is not only longaniza, but homemade longaniza. It milder and less greasing than the traditional Chorizo, but most importantly very delicious. The eggs were well scrambled into the longaniza.Both the beans and rice were good. The beans were creamy, well seasoned, and flavorful. They are from a recipe from Morelos, Mexico. The was light and fluffy but could of used a little more flavor. The corn tortillas that came with the meal were of very good quality. They were perfect for making tacos. Both the red and green hot sauces were great.Service was very friendly. The lady, Martha, at the counter was very sweet, and older gentlemen, the owner and the cook was in high spirits.

Leo's breakfast burrito is my new favorite! Get both of the sauces (green and red)! Easily accessible location and parking. Authentic burritos and great portion sizes (I couldn't finish it all but was great reheated as well).

I had the machaca plate. The food was good the portions were good and the prices was fair. The service and staff were great. We were the only people in at the time so the ambience was fine. I would recommend.

I have been in San Diego for a week and wanted a California burrito before I left town. BL's didn't have many reviews, but they were all good, and it was close. So, I tried it. The burrito was huge! Don't get sticker shock from the price. It's a full meal. Pretty good too. Not the best in San Diego, but pretty darn good. The service is excellent. My burrito was made to order, and ready in only a few minutes. The staff are very friendly. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in town and need a good, quick burrito.

Place seemed okay, I stopped by here because I wanted to get something quick to eat. When I got in it seemed like a pretty good Mexican place so I was pretty excited to try their taco, since I was really hungry. They have pretty good service, they were really nice when they were taking my order. And even asked if I wanted the green hot sauce or the red hot sauce. I didn't like that they didn't have a salsa bar where most Mexican places I go to have. But I was like they'll probably make up for it for their food you know, so I ordered just the chorizo taco with onions and cilantro, it looked pretty fire but when I took a bite I wasn't a huge fan of it, it wasn't bad but it didn't taste good either, it didn't feel like there was any flavor to it I had to put a lot of the green sauce on it but then I could only taste the green sauce. They had pretty good green sauce. Overall, maybe I ordered the wrong thing on the menu? But because of that I don't think I'd want to come back. Thanks though!

This place is fantastic! I usually don't like refried beans but I ate all of them on my plate this time. Yummmmm. The tacos were some of the best I've ever had, and so were the enchiladas. Just the thing we needed while waiting for the Busy Bee locksmith guy!

Too good. Didn't last 5 mins. Try not to eat while driving if you order the birria burrito

Super delicious food. Super stingy hot sauce. Ask for at least 20 hot sauces ( small, ridiculous, stingy, wasteful hot sauce containers).
