Finally Cali-Mex in TX. Nothing wrong with Tex-Mex, but I'm a Cali girl and Cali-Mex is different. IYKYK. Anyway! We heard so many great things about this place and couldn't wait to try it out!! We both got the CA Burrito but added rice. I also got a fish taco because they are one of the few places that offers a fried (battered) fish taco. The meat is very flavorful and tender. I loved the crispiness of the fish taco, the sauce was good I just wished it were a little sweeter. The burrito was a good size I wished there was a little more meat inside. I like the idea of the fries but the fries were the battered/coated, I think regular crinkle cut fries would taste better in the burrito. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable which is a plus. The chips are fresh and the restaurant is clean! I will definitely visit again.

Had the Baja burrito. It was good but not great. It was huge and had too much rice and not enough fish. Fish had great flavor and seasoning. What tasted like old bay. Liked that they have a drive thru. Sad that no fresh tea. I'd definitely like to try the other menu items.

Place is truly really good food. Remarkable. The guac and pico is fresh, grilled shrimp is really good. I usually get the Carna Asada fries or grill shrimp tacos. It's killer. The owner gives me a military discount too. Nice guy

Burrito's were delicious. Got my daughter the nuggets and they reminded me of McDonald's nuggets. Not great and strange to have on the menu for a Tex- Mex casual dining establishment. Overall it was good and pricing is great.

The staff were nice, the restrooms were clean, and they have a nice selection. However, don't be fooled by the photos. My boyfriend and I thought the food was pretty disgusting. We tried the surf and turf nachos and the meaty quesadillas. We both ate less than half of our meals. The nachos have game day quality cheese and some sauce that I wasn't familiar with. I really tried to power through them, but couldn't. The quesadilla was so greasy he got an instant tummy ache. If you still decided to try this place. I'd get a burrito.

Being from the west coast, I was excited to see a CA-inspired burrito restaurant. The menu is expansive and you can also customize your order if you want a specific burrito but with or without a certain ingredient, so that was nice. Our burritos were sizable and came with plenty of chips. However, the flavor of my burrito was really lacking, the amount of rice in both our burritos made them dry, and both of our burritos fell apart within just a few bites. I may just need to try their breakfast burritos next time!

Tables and seats were sticky all of them eww. Also when the man was giving me my food his arm touched my straw and didn't even offer for another one. The food was good but cheese kind of was a type of cheese that tasted weird but it was good. Overall 3 star
