Burn Smoke Shop

Just left this establishment and I got to say, it was the best experience I've had in a smoke shop. You know if it was good if I'm typing this in the car. Great vibes, and even better customer service. I am thoroughly impressed. The inside was clean and organized. The variety of products were great, too. There's something for everybody. If you come in for one item, you may walk out with about 5. A candy store for adults, I should say. So many scents of candles and sprays. Al and D (I want to say donte but Im sorry I already forgot) was a great duo. Loved to see them have a conversation as it seems they have great working chemistry. They were knowledgeable and informative. I didn't even have to ask much. Not chatty. Just right. Can honestly say this is my official stamp of a 5star service down to the customer service and the first establishment to do so. Thank you, Guys!! Keep up the good work!!

Really great shop! Found the perfect dJ tray pictured. They have lots of fun things and nice glass too. Real clean. Nice layout and lighting in there. Comfortable environment. Will return in the future for sure.

Came here for the hookah coal they were helpful and friendly .

I came in randomly to search for a few things and as I walked in I was immediately greeted. I was impressed by Dante's knowledge of the products. I'm happy I found this hidden gem.

I've been going here for about 3 years and the people are always super nice. I didn't catch his name but the black guy with the fro is my favorite.

I just had an awesome experience in the store tonight. First of all I'm really impressed to find a smoke shop that actually answers the phone! Lol I came in and Q was super kind and very patient with me. I've never been there before and the shop has a wide variety of items to choose from so I really appreciate Q taking his time explaining things to me. It's really clean and in a shopping center with lots of parking. I'll definitely be back, thanks Q!

Love that this shop is so close to my house. In and out quick with exactly what I needed. The young lady that helped me was knowledgeable and let me know about the warranty on the pens. Highly recommend ;)
