Burn Smoke Shop 2

This is more a review of their CBD cartridge products. Low quality in my opinion. I've made two purchases and both products wouldn't pull threw my ooze pen and what did pull was highly impure CBD. Customer service is a bit lackadaisical as well. I'll be trying a different store.

My 1500th review!This isn't your typical dank smoke shop. Service and selection are both great. I dropped in to buy some CBD oil for a friend's friend who has krone disease, and they had exactly what she wanted. They also have hand-blow pipes and they're organized by location - so if you want to support a local Houston or Austin artists ... you can!Don't forget to check-in via Yelp. You'll save 10% on your glass purchase.

Bad customer service at this place. Very inattentive and not a good attitude at all. I feel like it's as if it's a hassle for them to deal with customers. Did not feel welcomed at all. I do not recommend this place.

Great service, fantastic selection & lots of glass by local artists! Not much else I need to say, come on by and check it out, you will leave with something!

I'm so mad no one has gotten back to me in two+ weeks***(IM IN A GAME OF PHONE TAG AFTER THEY TOOK MY MONEY)*** I got a really nice pice from this store but guess what i never got my whole set up what happened to my carb cap that goes with the pice that you can clearly see anytime you look up the store on maps ???? Why did I pay for somthing that I didn't get ??? Even if it was extra I have the money why didn't I get it ??? I SAVED UP FOR OVER A MONTH TO GET THIS PICE AND I DIDNT GET THE CARB CAP!?? This is so dumb and the workers there will give you their word that the manager will contact you in the next hour and guess what you won't get a call. I've left my number to strangers in this store that work there about four times I'm done with it. IF I don't see my money or at the least my cap and a I'm sorry I will be doing somthing more about this in a legal way. If you like to play games definitely go to this smoke shop. They have made me cry about 3 times

Showed up here at 9 and the hours showed closing at 10, the two employees told us they were closed as soon as we walked in. It seemed as though they wanted to close early because the guy said cloud chasers is open, this place is unprofessional.

Bought some really cool things here after finding this place on a whim. I really appreciated how nice everyone was!! Julian was awesome and he took the time to really educate me on what I was buying to make the right decision! He passes the vibe check for sure. I will return!! The prices were fair too imo

Almost what you would expect in a smoke shop. Not very attentive just walking around having personal conversations with no help. I walked in with airpods in as nearly every human does because that's their purpose. After I stood there for a good 7 minute is with no help thanked them for their help and left. Excuses were..1. we thought you were listening to music.2. Why didn't I speak to them ( when they should probably be greeting customers upon entrance whether perceived to be listening or engaged in something or not. If fact I spoke to the long haired gentleman engaged in conversation as well as the rude Caucasian young lady as I walked in. He spoke back, she claimed to not hear anything. Which is a clear testament to her poor attentiveness and lack of service or customer knowledge. So basically no accountability. Anyway all I wanted was some hookah geez.Dr. Anthony Martin

The people working there seriously hate that job for them to act the way they do. Absolutely no good customer service except for the back guy. I go there due to its convenience of being so close to where I live. 1. I went in to buy some Tobacco for my hooka and paid cash for the flavor. The guy with the Beanie didn't give me proper change and I guess it's my fault too because I have having a small convo with the black gentleman. When I went back he completely denied it and wouldn't y'all me. 2. Bought a puff bar there that turned out to be faulty literally 30 minutes after the purchase. I've spent a lot of money there and these guys could replace a $10 electronic puff bar. Horrible customer service. The owner doesn't know jack shit about training his employees. I work in customer service and they guy who work at this smoke shop act like they don't give 2 shit about their customer. If I could give them a negative 5 stars I would. -Shah

First let me just tell you...Yes! They have it! Lol! Their store is stocked with everything you think you want in the smoke world. What I loved even more was how nice the workers were to me...I will definitely be back! Kindness and attention will take you soooo far! Thank you
