Vibe- There's plenty of places to sit inside. It was clean when I went and the tables are clearly labeled with a sign that says "sanitized" for the tables that have been cleaned. Customer service- Great! I was greeted as soon as I walked in.Food/drinks- I did the trio and got the falafel patty on all 3 burgers (they were each a great serving size, I could have done the duo and got 2 and been satisfied). I do wish the price was more reasonable but you pay for quality. Parking- Good amount in front of building.

-Great neighborhood -Clean facility nice soap and sanitizer -promotional deals/ reasonably priced-Black owned and operated -nice staff -variety of meat choices-food is good !!- no fountain drinks due to covid I like to dine in and and get up-to 3 refills lol But 2 rounds of bottle waters was given which was nice. and there trying to be safe. EXPERIENCE I purchased a Groupon. It was a misunderstanding on the deal I selected. I asked staffer for clarification Over the phone on Friday "is it this like a gift card of 39.99" staffer said yes. She did tell me they will exclude some meats. When I got there today I understood We purchased a family box I was like oh well. The items are already preselected. I understood it was like a gift card with a 39.99 value. However it was set items. the box looked amazing though . However we prefered to order independently. It was disappointing we couldn't because My son wanted to try there milkshakes and I wanted to try the cookies and his dad wanted a second order of wings. The sides we selected was onion rings and sweet potato fries. We did not choose the actual fries. The flavor of the wings was our choices as well. Although I didn't choose that flavor I let my sons dad do that since wings are his favorite and this was suppose to be his Father's Day meal. We was limited to 4 burger choices. We divided the 8 sliders me and his dad got 3 and my son 2. The wings fries and onion rings we just grabbed didnt divide immediately. THE TASTE The taste was good !!!!!!!the wings was great nice and crispy very good texture!!!!! I just didn't like the sweat and sour sauce That my sons father chose As the wing flavor. They said they liked everything though. The onion rings was good as well. I just prefer sweet onions and they didn't taste sweet. I was expecting a whataburger onion ring taste but this was a more clean taste. Also I was on diet pill and the buns was too buttery which made It to heavy to eat In one siting. I typically like my buns like that but today i just couldn't handle it. I currently still have my share in the icebox will eat some tonight and save the rest for tomorrow. It's heavy so anyone who purchased should be full and will feed a family of 4.

Delicious Vegan Burgers for the freaking win!Love the clean and fresh vibe of the joint. The customer service and the ordering process were excellent.BurerIM offers two spectacular plant-based options!-Impossible Patty-Falafel Patty-Reg & Sweet Potato Fries, SO GOOD!*ordered jalapenos on the side, yummy! B.IM offers tons of topping options; we got the burgers as is without butter, mayo, & cheese.My wife and I got this each, cut the burg in half, and swapped halfsies! We were both incredibly shocked by how tasty the falafel burger was, so good! Both were delish, and we can't wait to go back!COVID Notes -Indoor & Outdoor dining available.-The order was effortless, quick, & accurate.-Excellent customer service; masks were required, staff wore masks and gloves.-No issues at all.Thank you, BurgerIM, for offering amazing Vegan Options!

Average burger, mediocre everything. Nothing special. Better places to get a burger...................................

I've been to BurgerIM three times for dinner. Located in Sienna Plantation, this burger joint is in a shopping center so parking shouldn't be an issue. You order at the counter and then they bring your food to you.I have ordered several of their burgers, along with fries, a shake, and some appetizers like the fried pickles. The food is sometimes inconsistent and there are some hits and misses. It really depends on what you order.The staff is always very friendly which I appreciate.

Not completely terrible, but certainly nothing that great. It was edible... I guess, but I definitely would not return. The prices could be much better and the portion sizes could definitely be much better; especially in regards to the meat. Burger patties were quite small compared to the bread, and the bacon was more fat than meat. We also tried the chicken wings. They were also a "NO" for me. I was not allowed to request either drumettes or flats, they said that I had to just take what I get. Also_ the chicken that I received was mostly skin and fat with hardly any meat (see pics). One positive I will say is that the buffalo wing sauce was very good and their ranch dressing to dip them in was really good, but without a good chicken wing component, what's the point???All in all, if I were in a pinch, I would just opt for a chain fast food restaurant over this place. The reason I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 is because the customer service was pretty decent and that is something that is important to me, but in regards to the food... this place is a BIG NO. We won't be back. I MISS Mooyah in Austin.

Did not honor Groupon that was purchased the same day. Said they changed ownership back in Nov 2023 and yet they still haven't taken it off the Groupon site. Considering no one is in the store, pretty pathetic

Ordered on line. Said it would take 40 minutes to make. When I got there . It was ready but had clearly been sitting there for 20 minutes. The order was wrong and they weren't going to tell me. Food was cold. They ran out of chicken to complete order. Did not call me to change order. Over all a complete failure-

Wanted to try something new, hungry after a workout burned some calories and needed to get them back.... Tried BurgerIM for the 1st time and it's gonna b the last.. wasn't impressed with the meal at all, only thing that saved them was the sandwich I had cold onion rings, & under-cooked wings.. cost me 20.00$, gone too bullish.I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS ESTABLISHMENT.!3/10

Visited this place on 12-28-22. There was only one person working the register and doing To Go orders.The food was subpar. Buns cold and soggy and cold fries. The second order of fries was hot. There are a lot of kids working here and playing back and forth with the kids next door at Smoothie King.Need better management and I might come back one day
