Burger Libre

Me and my husband came here after his haircut and we were pleasantly surprised! We had both been craving a really good burger for a while and Burger Libre was able to deliver! It's very quick service, like any fast food restaurants so if you're looking for something good and quick this is a good spot.

One of my favorite go to places for burgers AND hot dogs!!! Shakes are pretty good too! Well seasoned and super quick. Try it!!!

I wanted to eat here for a very long but just simply never found the time. Yesterday I took a friend out to lunch and I finally made it here. The restaurant was clean, colorful and had a friendly staff. Ashley (sp) was the manager who was smiley, welcoming and helpful. You order at the counter and your receipt number is called when the food is ready which didn't take long. The food was very good and tasty. My friend ordered the double cheeseburger with crinkle fries. He is still talking about it the next day. Get ready to use long sheets of napkins. I ordered the Mucho Mancho which had cheese, jalapeno beef patty, land chopped chorizo along with potato tots. Definitely tasty and needed lots of napkins. Both burgers were super juicy. By the way they use potato buns which were very good.Now for 3 cons which I found to be serious. 1 The container with lemon wedges for your fountain soda had no tongs so people were handling the lemon wedges with their hands. When I mentioned it to Ashley she gasped and brought it right out. 2. The Jimmy Changa seasoning jar on the table had the seasoning clumped and would not pour our. I had to take the top off and use my fingers to break the clump. Looked like it was brought in by humidity. No utensils were available to break it apart 3. I had ordered potato tots and got crinkle potatoes instead. I brought it to Ashley's attention and she gave me the correct order and then asked me if I touched them so you could give them to another customer. My look of unbelief convinced her and she said never mind it's your lucky day and gave me both orders. Was she really going to give them to another customer? What if I had touched them?? Not very sanitary in her thinking.The food was very good but their lack of sanitary procedures would keep me from returning and removing 2 Stars because I found them to be serious cons.I really wanted to come back in the future but I will pass.

I was craving a burger and burger Libre hit the spot. I ordered a double cheeseburger through doordash because I couldn't find my credit card. The food was prepared quickly and I was able to get my Togo order in less than 20 min. The restaurant was clean and well lit. There seemed to be lots of open seating available as well. The burger itself satisfied my craving. The cheese was melty - the pattys were decent sized. I felt full after eating it. It also held up pretty well on my drive back to the office. If you're in the Laport area and need to grab a quick and good burger this is probably the best option in the area!

Burger Libre is my go to place for burgers. I've had several of their burgers and am always happy with them. This time I got their bacon burger and I was pretty disappointed with the half strip of bacon they added to it. Come on now lol Mistakes happen so I'll be back. Their tacos are also pretty good.

There Dogs are fantastic! Tried the Sausalito Dog & the El Loco Dog today and they were both excellent. Highly recommended!

These burgers are very, very good! And I really like the fries.The menu covers burgers and chili dogs, shakes, too.The prices are quite decent, rivaling fast food burger places.The overall theme is Lucha Libre, professional wrestling original to Mexico, and they even have a few of the masks on display.The music was a tad loud for me, but had a good mix of tunes.I believe I have found my favorite burger place!!!I WILL be back!

Amazing food, busy but definitely worth it. Super fast service and clean. Favorite spot in DP.

How can you go wrong offering chorizo on burgers and tacos as sides? They used to offer tasty sauces at the condiment station, I'm begging them to bring those back. Delicious!!

Food was yummy, but the tacos are what I'm going back for. They were like Jack n box tacos on crack! It was so very Delicious!
