I hated the service there was a broken soda machine that wasn't even taken care of and it also didn't have ANY soda syrup in the soda so it wasn't good at all. It was the worst service I've ever seen.

The most terrible customer service here! I pull up to the drive through speaker. The lady yells at me"Give me aMoment!" I say okay.. then nothing for a minute. Comes back on and says,"what do you want ?" So I order my usual burger with no lettuce. Before I can even say no lettuce she cuts me off, " is this just a sandwich?'" I say yes please, the she proceeded to repeat my order.. "pull to the window and ai will give you a total." What in the heck has happened to customer service? What happened to being polite? What happened to good managers actually training people how to talk to customers.. I say negative 5 stars!

It's 9:09 pm on Wednesday before Thanksgiving. We pull up to the window, and some woman rudely says she's not taking anymore orders, her screens are down, bye. Exactly what she said. AWFUL service, she could have at least been nice about it.

Worst BK ever!!!! I order two #3s one with a fry and one with onion ring which is also what my receipt stated but in the bag was two fries. I told the lady at the window she started getting mad and said "I was lying" so I showed the two fries which she claimed is what I ordered but if that was the case wouldn't that be on my receipt? She instantly got mad because I wasn't leaving unless I got what I paid for she slammed the window and was yelling. I asked her could she throw away the extra fry because I didn't want it and she said "no you're trifling" and tried to come through the window. Keep in mind I'm 5 months pregnant and just wanted onions rings, it's not my fault she couldn't read nor had manners. And also the manager didn't want to do anything about his rude employee.

Not sure what happen with others but my order for hubby and I was fine. They a lil slow but there was a noon lunch rush! Not sure what everyone expects but maybe a Smile for these min wage workers! Stay positive Tomball! I loved my food and will be back! You don't love it then? Oh well !

If I could give this Burger King location zero stars, I would. This place is an absolute disaster, and "having it your way" is nothing more than a hollow slogan here.I've lost count of how many times I've visited this particular Burger King, hoping that maybe, just maybe, they would get my order right for once. But alas, disappointment seems to be the only thing consistently served at this sorry excuse for a fast-food joint.Not only do they mess up my order, but they manage to leave out crucial items almost every time. You'd think that a simple burger, fries, and a drink would be easy enough to get right, but apparently, that's too much to ask for. Even when I muster the patience to clearly and explicitly state my order to the cashier, they still manage to screw it up on the receipt. I'm starting to think that their staff is either incredibly incompetent or just plain indifferent. Either way, it's an insult to paying customers who expect to get what they pay for.To make matters worse, the customer service here is abysmal. Instead of acknowledging their mistakes and trying to fix them, the employees and even the manager himself seem to have adopted an attitude of complete apathy. There's no sense of accountability or urgency to correct their errors, leaving customers feeling unvalued and unheard.I've had enough of this Burger King location's consistent incompetence and carelessness. It's clear that they have no regard for quality or customer satisfaction. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment and steer clear of this abomination of a restaurant. There are plenty of other fast-food options in the area that actually know how to fulfill a simple order and treat their customers with a modicum of respect. Burger King? More like Burger Fiasco. Avoid at all costs!
