I used a $3.99 coupon for 2 Whooper Juniors and 2 small fries, cheap lunch.. Flame broiled burgers and fries were good for fast foods. Service was friendly and quick. All employees were masked.

I waiting in line for almost 10 mins because they didn't take the next person order and no one was in line. I was able to get out the car to see if their lobby was open and of course it wasn't, then I got back in line in the same spot just to wait 20 more extra minutes. This is ridiculous. I would never recommend this BK to anyone. 100% slow and poor customer service!!!!!

Don't come here if you're in a rush. Been sitting in the drive through for 30 minutes, which should be the fastest way to get your meal. I am understanding if it's busy both inside and out but you're not letting people dine in because your doors are locked. Only reason I can think of for the slow service is because y'all are out back trying to catch and slaughter the cattle to make the burgers.maybe I caught them at a bad time, but 30 minutes for a burger is kinda ridiculous...

I'm only making this review because it's literally my 5th time I've had an issue at this specific BK joint. I've came here 4 times this year and each time I come to find out that they close hours earlier. This 5th time I've came, in the afternoon this time, and I waited 10 minutes at an empty drive thru and didn't get helped at all. I come inside the store, come to find out, they're working. Only thing is, they're moving like turtles! There was only 1 person inside waiting for food and there were atleast 5 workers. 5 workers and 1 customer, and they couldn't get me at the drive through. And just now, one of their workers just cussed out a person in the drive thru as I'm inside waiting for my food. This is ridiculous. This worker literally called the customer the b-word and all types of stuff. The customer was probably waiting at the drive thru just like me and probably didn't get greeted once. Man they might as well shut this place down. The overall vibes are just sad. Ps. The worker literally just stormed back inside, and started yelling "we ain't taking no more orders, I'm about to lock this b***h up, WE AINT TAKING NO MORE ORDERS." I hate this place with a passion, and I'm only sitting here waiting because I already paid for my food! Which I don't even know if I'm gonna receive because apparently "we ain't taking no more orders b***h!".

This burger King needs some help with hiring..The girl at drive thru was the worsted. pulled up and she said what can I get you? I said Double whopper with chesse..before I could say anything else she replied any thing esle.else.. I said yes two chesse burgers and again anything else before I could say anything..I said yes a lg diet coke. anything else came out again..how about saying something like would you like some fries..but no so she said pull around. when I got to window she stood there like she was mad at the world.. she was very rude..I said thank you and she just looked at me like I was bothering her by saying thank you.. Please hire help that wants to be there and has friendly additue.. and by the way the food was just okay..also make sure your employees take bath before work and comb there hair.. she looked like she hadn't wash hair in a week..I pray she washed her hands...

This is my favorite Burger King in Houston, bar none. Every time you go there you know you'll see a disaster. What's broken today? What items are out of stock? Which employee will cuss a customer out after receiving the wrong order? It's a delight, and I only come here for the pure joy I experience in seeing a train wreck in person.You want a burger? Sorry, grill is down. You want a chicken sandwich? Haha, I bet you do! Too bad. Fries with that? Not my problem, we're out.Expect us to be open during business hours? Sounds like a personal problem. If you're suffering from depression I'd strongly recommend this Burger King because as you wait an unspecified amount of time in line you'll quickly realize that, if nothing else, you're better than the managers here. This place is the best.

I noticed the amount of stress you were under and when I found out the other managers were just sitting down not doing anything I knew I had to make it known and make sure you stood out as a person that stands up when it's needed. You are a true leader and deserve much better management along you're side.
