This location either needs to shut down or have a change of ownership. Workers on their cell phones, said thank you 3x and never was responded to. Overall horrible customer service.

Having jobs that keep you on the road means finding suitable food with a consistent quality. Nobody likes bad meals from chance eateries. My Burger King staple order has been 5 small hamburgers with heavy mustard and heavy ketchup. For decades, they been hot and delicious and inexpensive. But the last year or two has yielded some negative experiences. The meat has become bland but still better than fried. But the bun! It's not bread anymore. Did they remove the gluten? The taste is gone. The texture is dry like sandpaper. Is it all preservatives? Anyway, I don't go there anymore. Sonic pulled this trick a decade ago when their bun became cardboard like and ruined the jalapeño cheeseburger forever. Increasing profit margins with smaller product offerings is one thing. But changing a winning taste and sacrificing quality is a business killer. I miss the old burgers. But that's progress. No corporate executive ever said let's make a bigger more delicious hamburger and make less money...and keep his job. That's not the way the world works. I'm in search of a new staple. I can't do McDonalds. New chains will pop up. They'll have their time in the sun. Burger King buns are the meteor to the dinosaur. Pretty soon it will be another inner city fast food surviving on street traffic and not taste. No thank you.

Very disorganized location, cars were backing out of drive-through because it took way too long to even get up to speaker to order food.Went to competition in same shopping center and order was completed in a timely fashion.

We noticed long ago that not all fast food places are created equal when it comes to making great sandwiches, even within the same chain.This is our restaurant of choice for burgers, even though it is not the nearest to us. The sandwiches are always great, never overburnt and dry. The place is always clean, neat, and pleasant with no smell.

The burgers are always cool. If u like your burger hot I will say stay away. It's only this one for some reason. I have said something before but no change I won't go back. It's too bad I love BK!

Worst BK I've been too if I could I would give it 0 stars but it's a 1 star minus 1 from me.For starters the evening I was there it seems the entire staff was new or learning still but thats ok I dont have a problem with that but when your order is wrong or part of your order is missing than thats when you speak up. My wife was missing her fries and they left off the cheese on both of our burgers. Part of the mix up I think was the guy taking the order seemed unsure of how to use the order computer.Then there were no napkins, no medium sized cups/lids, no coke and no Dr. Pepper. They didn't even have hand sanitizer in the sanitizer station if you are Interested in using those bring your own sanitizer. Who ever manages this franchise location clearly does not care to run it correctly. This is the only location close too me but I certainly won't be coming back here. This experience was during dine in I can't speak for drive through orders so dine at your own risk...also this was after 5 pm maybe daytime experiences might be different? Either way worst experience I've had a BK and I love BK so this one just left a sour taste hopefully the owner will work to bring this location to higher level of quality.
