Burger King

It's Burger King. Nothing less, nothing more. I ordered a junior whopper meal, substituted onion rings for fries, add on of mozzarella sticks. I left and realized I received fries instead of onion rings. Went back through the drive thru and received my o ion rings.

Absolutely worthless employees tonight like always. Sunday, August 29, 2021. The employees here decided for some unknown reason to close over an hour early. Most likely due to extreme incompetence and laziness. If you don't want to do your jobs quit and find something else. Flipping burgers and taking people's money is not hard, I'm pretty sure a seven-year-old could do it. Poor employment reflects poor management. Do way better

Nothing spectacular, but then again, I never expect anything spectacular when it comes to a Burger King location. It's a bit hard to get to this location because it's in the middle of a shopping center and a bit back off the street.I've only come by here a couple of times, but the drive thru gets you through fairly quickly. I get the impression that the staff doesn't really want to be there, but they weren't rude, just disinterested.The burgers I ordered came out a bit lukewarm, but the chicken nuggets were hot and they weren't stingy with the sauces like some of the other locations are.

No mask or gloves while handling food. Not to mention she was touching her dirty phone then handling my food

Bad food, cold burgers full price for upgrades, yet only receive half the amount of food. (Cheese & bacon adds are half slices now). The closer - no longer offer wifi. Skip it and go to any other burger chain and at least get what you pay for.

The Texas whopper is huge! I mean, 2 meats cheese, lettuce,tomato, jalapeño, pickles, mayo, and mustard. I was pleasantly surprised by this burger. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. I typically come here for breakfast. I love that they have French toast sticks and croissant sandwiches.

Not to be confused with Bragger King which claim to have even better burgers.So this is actually not a bad location. Nice flame broiled taste and nice employees. As a national chain I can't go above 3 especially as they're so expensive, but the whole, employees handling food, hair in food stuff doesn't bother me at all. I mean, come on people. Really. So precious, so many Karens. So yeah, it's actually a good location and one which I seek out when in Katy and needing that Whopper taste.

Order 98, 8:30 Wednesday, 05/10:23. This is the second the time they have completely ruined my dinner. This time I had ordered 2 TEXAS DOUBLE WHOPPERS and only received one. Guess what that means, my partner had to scavenge for something else to eat. This is completely unacceptable, especially because this location is NOT busy. There is never more than 2 cars in the drive through. There is NO EEASON for the orders to ever be incorrect. Karen's aren't born, they are created by establishments horribly operated such as this one. The woman at the window is friendly but does not know how to confirm the accuracy of orders, she talks too damn much. I expect this to be corrected on my next visit, these meals are not a cheap.

I'm in shock right now I'm going about to eat my burger and I saw that there was a hair in my food. I pulled it out, and a long, dark strand of hair came out of my burger.
