I like Burger King and I understand that mistakes happen, but twice now in a row, the drive thru at this location has messed up my order. The first time I let it go when I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and instead got a regular chicken sandwich (I have Tabasco in my work drawer). But today I ordered a number 1 combo meal (Whopper, fries and a Coke) and instead I got the Coke and two orders of fries, but no Whopper. Plus, the receipt given to me said "1 Lg Fry". I know I should have checked my order before I left, but come on, how hard is it when I ask for a number 1 combo with a Coke for the drink? So I drove back, went inside and the manager fixed my order. So all was well in the end.This was strike 2. One more strike and I will get my burgers somewhere else.

This Burger King has either sh*t employees or the boss don't know that they're not working 24 hours like it says on the maps basically don't come after 8 it might be closed even if it's a "24 hours" and declines calls to the restaurant like 4x

Very friendly But yeah so I ask for a specific order and never get what I want . Not a huge deal but this is a inconvenience to me getting to work. I work a hour away so realistically it wouldn't make sense for me to turn around for 1 sandwich but man this is frustrating

Drive-through girl was nice but I was over-charged. She didn't even give me a receipt and the phone stays busy every time I call so I can't talk to a manager. The fries were cold and the buns tasted old. I had a coupon for $4 for 2 bacon cheeseburgers with a small fry and small drink. I also ordered a Hershey pie. The total was $7.57. No way the piece of pie cost over $3. How convenient that I didn't get a receipt.

They never have anything. They are always out. It's quite embarrassing that I have to deal with this. Management is terrible, they probably only got two people running the place because I tend to see the doors locked all the time

Yo the management here is terrible. There was times I forgot to clock in and the manager didn't say a word and when I wouldn't clock out she was bugging. I just wouldn't clock in cause at that point I didn't want to work there anymore. There was times I had to drive from one Burger King to another cause I had to take them supplies and I didn't get paid for that. That was off the clock

Whoever manages this place needs to seriously get with it!!! Why does it say you are 24/7 if you aren't. The system is clearly not down or at least take cash transactions and have someone explaining to guestsWhen someone drives from work at 2am to get food because they are starving and you are closed but supposed to be open! It's super inconsiderate!!Also, if you were in my shoes you'd be upset as well so there's no excuses at all!!!!I mean come on!

If I can give this 0 stars I would ! Short staffed the same guy who takes your order is the same guy who makes your food, super bad with customers bad attitude, and never have anything and gets mad when we ask for certain things like a straw. Unfortunately this is the only Burger King near me.This place should be closed!

Went here on the night of 01/29 paid with my debit card, it was the last place it was used. The next day I had charges on my account of over $500 of fuel. They need to take a better look at who they hire. If you go here pay with cash, I won't be going back to them. They don't even deserve 1 star.
