If you ever wanted to see a pack of crap, order the taco!Another example of false advertising and a owner that knows most are too stupid to compare commerical and pics of tacos that Burger King has put out compared with the crap that you actually getting!

The girl that helps us was very rude she did not know what she was doing she over charge us for this completely $25.00 for this and keep saying it was that price and she didn't even give me the complete order the whole order was wrong ask her to call for someone else and keep saying what!! The combo was for $12.99 for a family bundle

This location sucks! Every time I order a frozen cherry drink, the machine is always broken. I wind up getting a different drink. If I order food on the app, it says to choose another location. It's rare to get what you order when it comes to food. I hate to go to the one on barker cypress and 529, because it's farther away. If I have to get what I order, and it's from a farther location, I guess that's where I'll be going. Sorry, loch katrine location, won't be ordering from you anymore.

They got my order completely wrong when you ask for a manager they always say oh there's not one on duty service absolutely sucks when you ask for one thing they give you the complete opposite and nobody there will turn around and own up for their own actions customer service was completely rude if I could give less than a one star, it would be a negative number the point in making this is to let everyone know if you go there don't go with high expectations

It shows the Burger King is supposed to be open at 6 AM until midnight but it's actually closed. It won't open until 7 AM and I'll already be at work by then so they need to update their hours in this app so people know, their customer service is real shitty with the women that work here the older women, but it does seem like there's a couple that are really good with their customer service!

Stood at the counter and have 5 people working there. Not one available to take orders. I waited for 10mins I was the only one at the counter. I guess they only care about the take out customers.

The lady working the window Friday January 20th at 6:33 AM was extremely rude and disrespectful. I called the store to let them know they had given us the wrong food and requested a reimbursement. I let her know I have the receipt and the receipt details she told me to come up there. I told her that I couldn't that I am working and will not get out until later this evening, she said no you come up here I explained that I couldn't come up there and she followed with. I need to come up there today. It is not possible, and it is not my fault the food order was given to me incorrectly. She proceeded to ask me for my name I gave it to her she hung up on me. I tried to call back and she answered and hung up on me without saying anything. This is absolutely unacceptable. I have picture proof. I also have receipt proof on what I ordered and what was given. There is no reason a refund could not be issued with that information. I do not want a replacement meal I want to refund.

This place is getting worst by the min. They gave us COLD whoopers, I tried calling and the number listed does not work. That's why they always have a big turn around on employee.

Horrible customer service. If you're going to gossip and talk about your co workers, close the window and do it discreetly. Also, if a customer asks for ketchup, try not to yell, "iTs iN dA BaG" before we even finish asking.

Beware this Burger King charges 50% more than others. While other have items like ice cream for $1 and king jr chicken sandwich for $1.29-1.39. This one charges $1.59 for ice cream and $1.99 for king jr chicken sandwich. Just go to other locations so you don't get ripped off. A $0.10-$0.20 difference is normal but not $$0.60-$80 per item
