Burger King

I've gone to this Burger King and always had good service. But today I went through the drive thru and ran across the worst customer service. I stated I had a coupon to give them the 'heads ups at the order intercom. Things went down hill from there. The girl at the window was rude when I asked her why I did not receive my second drink I ordered for my passenger. She became argumentative she even tried to humiliate me by asking her coworker in front of me on the headset how many drinks I ordered to assure me as the customer, I didn't know what I was talking about. She then slammed the window charging my card for the current meal. Still rude and argumentative, She then insisted I pay for another drink instead of offering a solution out of good customer service. It would have gone a lot smoother if she would've repeated the order when I got to the window and the mistake would/could have been caught the mistake that was made. The other option would have been to comp the drink to offer good customer service.In the end I still did not receive a thank you or a receipt for either.

One Friday many moons ago, I discovered this Burger King was during the Highway 290 construction. One night as I was driving home and got detoured from feeder road to the loop. Somehow, I ended up here. Just few weeks ago, I happened to be in the neighborhood picking up some building materials on Dacoma Street. This time, it was a natural route to the loop entrance. I was hungry. I stopped by for a breakfast.The restaurant was empty. So, I started to have fun with my phone camera and documenting my experience. I initially trying the drive thru. But I told them I have to come inside. Because it was too hard to order from the drive thru lane. I had no room at narrow drive thru lane.This BK is joint with Shell gas station. I like everything about it. Because it's so convenient for drivers to stop in. Employees are usually pretty friendly. Yeah. I'm a fan.

Best Burger King meal I've had in a very very long time!!!!Just like their song goes I got it my way and they got it right!!!The burger was fresh, juicy with just a little bit of char on the meat.All the condiments and vegetables were exactly right, the bun was fresh and springy...The french fries were extra crispy just as I ordered them...I had stopped eating at fast food restaurants because they never seem to be able to take an order properly, or cook it or make it properly...The girl at the window was happy and nice and smiled and I was taken back.Everything aligned and came together beautifully.I will be back but not too soon and not for anything they did wrong I just don't care to eat fast food that often if at all.But if you're gonna do it, I would come here and get your fast food burger fix.

4401 west 18th Houston, Texas Burger King 1/17/2024 7:15 pm very very unprofessional Manger, She was smart mouth for no reason telling me to go next door for coffee, after lies about the machine was broken, then they didn't have any coffee, then she said it was going to be 7 minutes to make.they just didn't want to make the dern coffee, never never will I go there,and it wasn't anyone in the restaurant at the time that speaks volume about the night shift she works.couldnt find the store location posted anywhere.

great service and wonderful crew they were so nice and friendly greeted me and even gave me a crown and some coupons for my next visit, definitely going back soon

I was very impressed with the fact that that the service was fast and the food was hot. I loved that they had $1 frozen drinks and burgers. The food was great all around I have no complaints

Check your order. 4 of the last 5 times I've been shorted or the order was plain wrong. They were good a year or so ago, but better skipping a meal than going here.

No, no, no, no. Do not get delivery from this location. The agent I spoke with, Assusura (she didn't spell it for me) claimed they have no connection with their delivery drivers. What? I ordered solely through the BK APP, and not all of my items arrived. There's no accountability here. I paid for the vet $21 of food and received may $10 but they can't help me. Do not trust your order to this BK. The BK workers are responsible for making sure your order is in the bag. They refused to resolve my missing food issues. Go anywhere else, but not here. Their food is semi-okay (when it arrived as ordered), but they are tied to a gas station and their employees clearly refuse to correct any errors.

So I just decided to try this $1 Taco.... I know... what did I expect for a buck? Well, maybe at least edible. Don't know what that is in the middle... but definitely Not! meat. Gross! Trash!

Placed an order through a third party last night 45min before the closed at about 10:35 got notified that my order was cancelled, due to employees shutting the system done and wanting to leave early will never go back
