Burger King

My burger was cold. The cheese was cold. It was half put together. It's right by the workplace so I was hoping it would have been my go to spot but they failed me.

Cold nasty food bought 6 meals fry's over salted chicken sandwiches were hard they way they put together was a mess don't go here stay away!!

Worst location every!!! Will never come back to this location. Me and my husband yesterday (7-7-22) was waiting in line and over heard a manager (Hispanic Lady) she didn't have on a name tag speaking raciest slurs in her native language, about an employee. I gladly got my kids from the table and walked out.I'm bilingual so I speak Spanish fluently. It's a shame that someone can have this much hate over a African American worker in this establishment. Will be contacting corporate.

Terrible ,service .The workers do not speak or understand english .They got my order wrong .It upsets me that all over houston this same scene plays out...Its getting worst each time.Previous to this i had issues here back n forth..Didnt include it before ,but earlier today was my final time not keeping quiet..I cannot recommend this place ,they are rude .The person taking orders does not understand english and sadly not even spanish.Burger king stop hiring illegals.Stop it....Wont come here ever again.

9/28/19. Staff very respectful and service is quick. Food on par with what I expect. Enjoy this place and will return. I was treated well and quickly. The place was clean and bright. I had the whopper meal which came out quickly and the fries and burger were hot. It was made without onions per my order also. Will return. Staff were friendly. Still great service and food. I have dined in twice so maybe that is part of the experience. Good place

I recently went to Burger King on 1960 and six to pick up the survey whopper when a Hispanic woman at the drive-through laughed at me, belittling me and asked if I really needed the free whopper. All over a receipt she gave nothing but attitude. I realize this is fast food I'm not expecting a five-star experience. But that's not a proper way to treat someone, This is the second time she's done this to me in a short time is her name Ana Mendoza. Do better! I'm in my 20s and I know how to treat somebody was respect middle age old women

I came to this Burger king at 12929 FM 1960 West. There was a customer in front of me. I was totally ignored by this short young lady, and after standing there for about 4 minutes she decides she wanted to help me. She said, are you ready now? But she had ignored me for the whole entire time. She proceeded to make me feel as if I didn't want to be help. I worked in the customer service industry for year. It's incredible how she has little understanding of what customers service is.

I'm a very simple person just get me what I ordered and even if it's a little off I don't care. I knew I should have just gone to chick fil a.I downloaded and used the app. Ordered a whopper with only lettuce and nuggets. SimpleWhat I got was a chicken sandwich no nuggets and my order was about 5 more dollars and keep in mind this is for my lunch break. I had to go back and they gave me a whopper with everything. I took a bite then threw it away. Waste of my time and money. They weren't even busy when I arrived. It's not that difficult but I should have since the reviews before I came.

I don't know where to start! the guy working Drive Thru was Hung Over. I waited 20 minutes to be served.I repeated my order 4 times INBETWEEN. him laughing with coworker. the fifth time I said, IM DRIVING TO WINDOW. I was at the window repeating my order, waiting for my order, cars piling behind me And he did not have Sense of Urgency. While waiting he had his head on table. His friend, AND NO ONE WORE GLOVES, WAS HIGH. Yes, high. the manager was working the front counter. They walked around laughing until I said HEY BUDDY, IS ANY OF MY ORDER READY? He said this was his first day back, he had quit.THIS WAS STORE 6484, 9519 WESTHEIMER, HOUSTON 77063CLOSE IT DOWN .Worst location And not using Covid Proticals.my order was 71. I WONT BE RETURNING AND I WILL TELL OTHERS, DONT USE THAT LOCATIONJB

This guy right here should be FIRED and should not be working here!!!  This guy only gave me 3 ketchup. When I ask for 6 ketchup. He said, "I can not give you 6 ketchup because you did not order fries. Since when have BURGER KING set a limit on how many ketchup you get and must purchase fries for more ketchup...I order a Double Whopper with cheese, 2 Whooper with cheese, and chicken nuggets. And you telling me I can not have 6 ketchup???? Because I didn't order fries... unbelievable!!!! The owner and manager at this location should be aware of this person behavior. Since when have BURGER KING set a limit on how many ketchup you get and must purchase fries for more ketchup... Seriously man. This guy has a problem!! I understand if they set limits on dipping sauce like ranch or bbq. BUT Ketchup.. Come on man. Please Be Aware at this location and this person behavior for being Cheap and setting limits on ketchup.
