12AM - We attempted to get food via Doordash from this location. Our order included a Dr. Pepper and a chocolate shake. Our dasher informed us that the location had no fountain drinks or shakes, and that they wanted to substitute white or chocolate milk for our drink and shake. We told the dasher to tell them we didn't want milk and that we wanted a refund for our drink and shake. The dasher gave them our message, and they got mad. They left our food by the window for a long time, so our dasher tried to knock on the window and honk his horn to get them to give him the food. They didn't give it to him, so he looked in the window and saw them hiding in the restaurant. We called twice and nobody answered, even though we knew the location was open until 1AM. We had to force Doordash to refund our order, which was a process within itself. We will be contacting the manager ASAP.

Avoid going inside. I only do drive-through. It will save you time and hassle. The few times I've been inside we're not good. Services were lacking. I don't know how things are now but I stop going inside. Drive-through has been okay. Not much problems except one time, they said they ran out of ice which was weird since it was in the afternoon.

I had arrived home and realized that one of the items was missing. (Bacon King on first receipt). I had sent my relative back to the business to show that I was charged for an item that wasn't even in the bag. They claimed that they needed the bag along with the receipt and in turn charged her for another burger. I had contacted the store and spoke with the "assistant manager" by the name of Maricela Gomez. I had asked her if she can provide me a number to speak with someone from corporate or anyone else above her in order to get my money back for an item I was charged for. A item they didn't want to hand due to my relative not having the bag with the original purchase. She then provided me a random number that she claimed was "customer service" and was just some random person on the line. (713-391-5127) This is completely unacceptable and all I wanted to speak with was someone from corporate in order to get my money back for an item I didn't receive!! My relative had to pay for another burger since they didn't want to provide the missing item. I could have at least had been provided with a customer service number to figure out how to get my money back!!!

ALL OF IT. intercom Don't work, Even the Receipt was Faded to read it. when came upon window, blonde hair Woman Wasn't Polite, order (2) Whopper and Fish sandwiches Combos, fries, 2 large sprite, .. FIRST , they had us wait in the drive thru abbout 5 minutes. kept telling us to hold maybe. i thought they were cooking fresh burgers BUT THE WERE NOT !!!
