Burger King

We came here because my husband loves the chain and someone gave us a gift card. This wasn't a great visit, but they are much better than our local chain at home. The woman at the register was polite and helpful. The food arrived in a reasonable amount of time. The dining area should have been cleaner for 10am, there were 3 tables occupied. I guess they didn't have time to bus tables and sweep after the breakfast rush. It's a fast food establishment, I've definitely seen worse.The whopper and fries were good. I was glad the fries were normally seasoned and not over salted. They didn't drown the whopper in condiments either. We finished most of these. Considering they didn't make any of the dire mistakes that our home location tends to make, I probably would have given them 4 stars if this was the only thing we ordered.I had ordered a crispy chicken sandwich that had too much mayo and overcooked chicken- double meh! I strongly dislike the texture of chicken that's been in the fryer too long so I didn't finish it.The bacon cheddar tots look nothing like the pic and were average. We had a little more than half of these. They were fine, but I thought it was odd that they were a promotional item since they need something more- more cheddar and some sour cream maybe? You got to rate things for what they are. In the realm of fast food, and specifically the BK chain, this averaged out to perfectly acceptable. Just stick with the classics.

Waited in drive-through line for 30 minutes and unable to place an order. Very slow! Ordered at the window. Even then the food was cold and they gave me the wrong beverage.

never have breakfast at burger king but i tried it, it was already prepared cause right when i paid and sat down it was ready. it was very cheap but what i got was good, croissant bacon egg and cheese and the french toasts sticks very good

Worst Burger King ever, the employees have no care for their customers. I've been to this location many times and there's always something wrong. They'll make you wait in line and not order food. They have a brand new interior and would be closed before 6 it's just awful here.

Lucky me, there are many fast food restaurants in this area. But the freeway construction slowed me down from restaurant hopping. So, I must have a firm decision on where to eat. Burger king always wins. "Where is the beef?" I was talking to this Rodeo Burger. There is a display of 3 sliders by the entrance as I walk in. I wanted some sliders but the cashier didn't understand. Instead, he pointed at the Dollar Menu. So... I was looking at this burger with a slice of tiny piece of meat. Oh well, that's what I get for just a dollar. I took a break from my bad experience few years ago. Because of the traffic congestion at the street corner, there isn't anyone here during dinner time. That's how I like it and have the whole dining room to myself to enjoy the soothing music, yummy burgers, cool drinks and comfy atmosphere.

I always get the worst service here. I had went yesterday and order 2 whopper meals and then asked if I can substitute the drinks for coke slushes and I'll pay the difference. The guy then said "we old school in here, we don't have a slush machine". I find that very odd. To me it just seemed like they were probably lazy and didn't feel like making it or have it and never felt like cleaning it and washing it.

I'm calling corporate in the morning..... I did a mobile order, got there and my food wasn't ready, not even close to ready. Got the food like 10 minutes later, we get home and all of the food is COLDDDD. I'm looking at the three girls and the tall manager standing around talking and shit and you have the nerve to serve me cold food? I spent $30 on ice cubes bro be fr. Burger King has gone to shits I see. I used to love it as a kid, but I definitely see things have changed lol. Won't be going back and I'm deleting the app. That really pissed me off because I was starving.

I'm late to writing this review but this stores management is abysmal. I placed an order through UberEats (an order worth around $10) and when my dasher came to get the order, the manager refused to give him the order. She claimed that "three UberEats drivers already came and picked up the order", which was not true at all. I only had one single dasher assigned to the order and he arrived at the store not even 10 minutes after it was assigned.After hearing the manager YELL at my dasher through his phone after he called me, I called the store myself, where the call was picked up after 3 hang ups. The manager not only said that three people already took my order so I must have been "scamming" them, but she also read out my "receipt" which added up to over $50, which was NOT my order to begin with. I had to cancel the order and never got my food, and had about 30 minutes of time wasted. Maybe the manager at this store, if she still works here, could maybe learn to properly check orders before handing them out. And her yelling at an innocent dasher trying to do their job is absolutely disgusting of her. From one service employee to another, I hope she got her time wasted and berated by someone else just as she did a random person just trying to do their job.

Where to start, waited in the drive through for over 30 minutes when I just order mozzarella sticks since the ice cream machine was down. Get to the window to pay lady asked if I ordered yes I did told her what I ordered. She tells me there is no order so I ended up leaving. Worst place ever. if I could give no stars I would.

I ordered a fish sandwich meal, pulled up to the drive-thru window headed to that lady for my card. She purposely drops my card on the ground. I asked her what was for , she look at me shrugged her shoulders rolled her eyes like it was nothing. The guy that look at my order came over I told him what happen, and he came out pick up my card handed it to Mr in my hand. That was awesome . We finished the transaction, and I asked the manager to speak about the lady's bad service and the awesome service the guy did. The guy started being rude saying he was the hiring manager on duty if I wanted to make a complaint I can talk to him. Very unprofessional, I asked for both of their names and the manager numbers. He stated back do I want his Instagram info as well. He gave me a piece of paper with the name Paula and Randal a bogus number. Highly not recommended
