I live right this newly built Burger King and have not seen more than a couple cars in the driveway at a time. Unfortunately, this is the only BK location close to me. Every time I go there I get the same thing, Whopper with NO onions, extra Mayo, Tomatoes, and Pickles. I am usually served a whopper with Onions and regular condiments. Please make it possible to add additional condiments on your App. Anyway, as usual, the young lady taking my order, but also paying more attention to her friends giggling about something. She asked about how I wanted my burger3 times. Seriously, 3 times, and it was still wrong, not mention the bread was stale as could be. Overall, this location has 1 1/2 stars and I completely understand why. The food is slop, the Service comical but the Abience is a beautiful ĵùManagement either needs to fix the issues close it down like you did at the Willowbrook location.

Worse bk I've ever been. 20 minute line with no one in front of me. No DR Pepper which is mind blowing since the plant is only a few hours away. Purchased two impossible burgers from drive through, the burgers were instantt my ready as soon as i paid, took no time at all to get my good which was a little oddd. Got home burger is cold as if it was just sitting there already made. But just to top it off, this is a vegetarian burger I'm talking bout. I don't eat meat for religious reAsons, and especially no pork.Wrapped inside of my VEGETARIAN burger, was a sliver of bacon... won't come back to this location

New location. Pretty slow cuz they are new but they are trying, I'll continue to come back til they start slipping like the old torn town location , took 15 minutes to get my food. Needs to work on operation when they are busy they get super behind The fries suck at every Burger King. I don't even eat them !plz change them.

I think they're actively sabotaging peoples food. It was an online order, so no interaction. Looks like they dunked the "burrito" in the deep fryer. Ruined the entire order & bag & smelled so bad. Hash browns smelled like dirt. Some of the order was wrong, maybe from running out of items? The coffee was possibly okay, but I wasn't motivated to try it. Was offered a coupon for a future order, but no thanks.

The worse service and burgers that I have ever encountered. The rude illegal alien 45 yo female gave me a roll of Nickels as part of my change and threw it in my hand. When I asked if she could give me two ones instead, she angrily told me " no, I gave 2 dollar" and shut the door in my face. When I got home, my order was wrong. I ordered a Texas double and they gave a single whopper. Burger King and Popeyes will never get my business again. Both locations next door to each other are both shit shows. BK and Popeyes have fallen so low with their illegal alien employees that they can't see the forest for the trees.

I'd rather starve to death than spend another dollar over here, worst place I've ever been in my life, an hour waiting, food is cold and even gave me the wrong order, employee was rude and racist calling me white trash because I asked for a refund. I hope nobody spends a dime at this place, if you don't believe me go try it out yourself.

Today 11/18 @7pm the cashier in the front saw us walking in and when we walked up to the cash register she turned around and got on her phone while we stood there in the front of the cash register waiting for her to get off her phone. she then took my order and she charged me for 2 meals when I had only asked for one , when she told me the total i questioned it and asked her if that was the total for one meal she then proceed to tell me yes. I paid and checked my receipt and she had charged me for 2 meal, so then I told her I only asked for 1 meal and she asked if I spoke Spanish and I told her "yes" it was at that point she started speaking to me in Spanish with attitude and going back and fourth with me as is if I was wrong She did not apologize and she had horrible attitude . I couldn't get her name because it wasn't on the receipt and she didn't have a name tag .
