Burger King

Everytime i come to this BK it's such a disappointment. Last night I was craving a whopper so i go down the street wait 10 minutes at the drive thru and no one said nothing. Then i drive around and there is someone at the window and someone waiting for their food. I drive around again and finally i'm like hello....and he asks what i want. When i got to the window i see that he puts his headset down and i'm like oh i see why i was waiting 10 minutes and the. had to drive around again...mind your another car did the same. Then the guy behind me got his food first!!! i was puzzled ...all i got was whopper meal with 4 chicken nuggets and i asked for the cheese to be melted but other than that...i was highly disappointed that i spent $11 and waiting over 20 minutes for a burger...the guy at the window wasn't friendly but wasn't rude either. I just blame how that BK is running.... idk never going back

I typically hate this location, haven't been there in years BUT I went 2.15 @ around 6pm, the order taker / cashier was very nice, helped me out when asking questions. she had A GREAT attitude. -- food was really good.!!

I reviewed the wrong BK. I haven't been to this place in a long time but I'm sure it's better than the BK on Barker and Queenston

DO NOT COME HERE. I drove up to the window and a guy says to hold on. I waited for 5 minutes! Cars start forming behind me and start getting mad at the wait and honk at me. Finally he comes on and I tell him I have my Royal Perks code for him and he's doesn't know what I'm talking about. It has a huge banner on their drive thru menu about the perks and to give your code so it's sad that he is unaware. Anyways, I think maybe he's new so I give him the benefit of the doubt, I explain the code but he's EXTREMELY RUDE and unprofessional. Kept saying "what? A code? What you talking about? What code is this? What is that?" Extremely rude. Another employee helps him enter it then he goes "what you want?" I tell him I was four of the double whopper jr $5 your way meals that comes with a small drink, 4 nuggets and a small fries. He asks what drinks and I tell him. I get to the window and he opens the door and asks what the drinks were because he forgot. He gets my card and hands it back without a receipt. He starts handing me my drinks and they are dirty and dripping with soda all over the sides. He only gives me 1 straw. I wait about 5 minutes and my food is brought to me by another employee. I think to myself the bags are small so I'm like I ordered a lot why are they small? I then ask her for straws and I get the dirtiest look. I thank her then drive off. I reach into the bag and feel for everything to make sure I got everything I ordered. I could feel the 4 burgers, I peeked in and saw 4 containers of nuggets and fries so I drive home.I get home to realize each order only had 3 nuggets. Why they would not provide 1 less nugget per meal is beyond me. Never coming back to this location ever again.

Been here several times and it provides just average BK food. Issues from being out of nugget sauces and cold fries keep me from coming all of the time.I recently ordered the new Big King XL which is like a big mac. I did not get a lot of the special sauce, but that appears to be similar. The difference is the meat. 2 quarter lb patties instead of the middle bread. Very tasty and filling. I did order onion rings lately, and I must have forgotten how bad they were. Minced onion in a flour breading concoction and then breaded and fried like an onion ring. I thought it was more of a hushpuppy texture. I also ordered the side salad ($1.79), but it was very small. They do use Ken's dressings, but the salad had the bagged taste.I have also ordered the fish sandwich and it was adequate as well as the 10 nuggets (currently a buck). Just wish this location was better in consistency.

Waited about 5 mins for the order to be taken while sitting in the drive thru just to leave because no one took the order after being told "please wait a minute". When I left, I noticed a yellow van that had been there 10-15 mins earlier when I drove past still waiting to receive their food.

Food was ok but we asked for american chicken sandwich's! They put the chicken Pattie's on whopper buns! We originally wanted original chicken sandwich meals for the special showing on the menu board 2 for $12! Was told they dont sell that special any longer! On the app that special is 2 for $10 so it was nothing but a bunch of bull crap! Then can't even tell us they don't have the buns! We would have just left and gone somewhere else!

There was a line at the drive thru, and when I got to the window, I git my bag and I asked for onion rings and I was given 2 fries.

the best buger king you will ever had don't let the location fool you I went to BK with better looking outside and the food was still horrible this place is literally 10/10 every time I'm not lying

It takes so long to get your food in the drive through. There's practically no one here by the time you order, and there's a line behind you. What?
