Food was fine - definitely would try one of the bowls instead next time! Personally did not think the sweet bulgogi flavor inside a cheese quesadilla went along the best but it was one of the "lighter" seeming pick up/put down casual options there. If they had a kids menu that was half the size of normal bowls of quesadilla, that would've been great but definitely would reconsider coming back when Hungry. My friend got the meat lover's bowl which he devoured despite the large quantity of meat and food. The portion feels good for the price point. I am glad I got there for lunch on a weekday ~11:40 pm because by noon, so many people were waiting at the kiosks to order. Indoor seating is very limited and it was slightly difficult to hear over the noise so I'd come back when Hungry and it's cool enough to tolerate outdoor seating!

So we were headed to get Indian food on 9th street, but there was an accident or something on 147 and I was at the exit for RTP, so I decided to go to Boxyard and have my favorite Bulkogi!!! Just like I told them, they have the best Bulgogi in the triangle. They have kiosks for you to place your order. Be careful when ordering the tacos, somehow one time I order 9 tacos instead of 3, lol but wasn't sad at all when I was able to have leftovers for days. My daughter always gets the Bulkogi fries and I always get the tacos. The order was ready in perfect time. We had just enough time to order drinks from the nearby bar and get some good seating outside and our food was ready. Every bite was absolutely delicious, perfectly seasoned and amazing. There are several options on the menu, but I love what I love! Bulkogi has seating inside, but it was finally a beautiful sunny day, so we sat outside where there's tons of seating. The service is always great, and everyone is friendly.

I haven't had Bibimbap in forever so I was excited to try this while in the area. Plus, it was at the Boxyard so I knew it would have a great vibe. So glad we went. We grabbed a beer from Fullsteam and walked around until we went up to Bulkogi. There are stairs and elevators. It's a small place and you order at a kiosk. Super easy and we didn't wait very long. I loved the sauces area. The spicy aioli was my fav! We got a beef and chicken bibimbap with a runny egg. Since we got this to-go the egg was fully cooked after we put the lid on. The portion was huge - so much meat and rice! I forgot to take a picture before eating since it smelled and looked so good.

I appreciate the variety at Boxyard RTP, it's a great little spot in the RTP area. I've had Bulkogi on the food truck and loved it so I had come visit their location at Boxyard. The space was smaller than I thought so it felt full even though there were only a few customers, it was a little too warm to eat outside but I'm sure it would be nice when it cools down or in the evening. I order the spicy beef burrito bowl and the flavor was consistent with what I got on their food truck last time. I didn't think Korean and Tex Mex could work but it works and it's delicious. The portion is amazing, I was able to save the other half for lunch the next day. The spicy aioli is where it's at, I could put that on everything! Great local business and I'm happy to support!

For those in RTP who want good and quick Korean, this is the place. The bulgogi was marinated and seasoned appropriately, the vegetables were fresh and crispy, and the rice was good too. Try it with kimchi for some extra heat. The kiosk ordering was pretty quick (I don't think they take cash?) and allows for customization. I recommend this place if in the area and craving for good Korean (think they also do tacos).

This place was popping during lunch time, so it took a while to get food, but understandable. It's crowded inside and the interior lighting is a little dark, so even though there's seating it's more comfortable to eat outside. The thing that sold me though, was the amount of meat. This bibimbap was so packed with meat too - very worth and will be back!!

Just as great as their sister restaurant Namu in Durham. Fast service, high quality Korean Food, and a great atmosphere being in the heart of Boxyard!

I absolutely enjoyed my experience at Bulkogi! Walking in, you are immediately told by several signs to order on the kiosk. I like that you are able to customize your entrees. I decided to get two of their spicy chicken tacos without tomato. While I waited, I checked out their sauces and decided to get their spicy aioli and bb sauce. The bb sauce was spicy and smoky and mixed well with the spicy aioli. The aioli alone was amazing. Just enough heat and spice, but super savory and took me to another place! Wow! I went back and got more of the aoili, that is how much I liked it!My two tacos came out quick and pipping hot! They give you a generous amount of chicken along with the toppings. I tried the tacos solo and then with the sauce. Wow! It was so amazing! Every spicy and savory bite again took me to a better place. I could've probably eaten three or four more, but the two tacos were just amazing and so filling! All I needed was something cool to cool me down after all that spiciness! I will be back here the next time I am in boxyard! I highly recommend that this be on your list! Happy eating!!!

Went for the beef bulgogi; It is not spicy (as labeled) Red chili flakes do add a good kick.Service is very friendly, communicative and fast. They yell your last 4 of phone number lol.The rice is perfect; a lil sticky. I added sesame oil which was all of the flavor. Was prone to putting saltSBeef is soft on 8/10 scale. The food proportion is excellent because I have leftovers! They dash each topping in every corner, so your hands won't be let digging for beef and corn in one area I'd go back for the vibes, location and people. Good for individual, and colleague. I'd rate the meal 9/10.

It's one of those places where you order online on a tablet and asked to tip before you speak to anyone, and cpllwct your food. Then I had to speak to someone for a small request (scramble my egg) which cought the workers but surprise. But service polite. After a bit resistance they did it (yey! Super simple). Food okay. Does not taste like home cooking.. more fast food style. Nice place to sit outside in a nice day.
