They take to long to give you your food and the waitresses have no care for the customers. I waited and am currently still waiting 40 minutes for a check and drink refill!

Worst service possible. Beg to be seated; 40 minutes to get first round of wings - all you can eat. 10 wings in the 1st batch. 2nd round (6 wings) takes another 35 minutes - 3rd round (6 wings) another 40 minutes. Just horrible. This location needs new management to get the right staff.

I feel like this franchise is headed to the basement really fast...I went to this location with my teenage son to watch the football game and ordered some onion rings and boneless wings...the onion rings were overcooked and saturated with grease...and the wings tasted like overcooked chicken tenders...just not good at all...while my son was picking over his food...I went to the restroom...and it looked like every guy went in there and missed the urinal completely...just nasty...but I must say...the little server kept coming to my son and I to check on us...she tried hard...so the food and restroom wasn't her fault...I would not recommend this place to anyone...just was not good and felt dirty

Look, it's BDubz...you know what you're getting mostly, and yes your mileage may vary, as all establishments are going through the same resources blues. This location is in a huge shopping center just off 99. Parking has never been an issue for us. This happens to be my preferred location, and I also prefer to eat at the bar because of Dani the awesome bartender (who was just promoted to manager...way to go & well deserved) who makes all visits incredibly amazing. We'll miss her at the bar, but I have no doubt the whole establishment will improve with her help. We generally always get wings, all flats, extra crispy, so I can't speak on much else, but they were delicious as usual, as were our potatoes wedges, with desert heat, then topped with queso yummy!

Not to be confused with Rochester Tame Thighs.Definitely one of the worst chains in the world, and definitely the worst location we've been to in the Houston area.The service here is just so nasty, and we already know that the food is some of the worst stuff out there, and perhaps the most noxious misinterpretation of Buffalo food imaginable.Wings taste like microwaved one dollar banquet crap (used to be decent, never amazing), and boneless wings are not even a thing - it's just a very small form of bad chicken nuggets, why pay wing prices for some bad nuggets people, come on get your priorities straight. The burgers are awful too.A bad experience then, and this place doesn't check on you, doesn't make you feel welcome, and doesn't offer refills (they do, but they never do, you know what I mean), and doesn't clean the lobby (not that I care), so I'm not sure what the point of having staff here is.Don't come to BW3 other than to watch sports, but honestly any other location is better for that.

Okay. I'm so surprised this location has bad reviews. We come every other Friday and sit in the bar area. Every time our food is on point. Drinks are cold. No problems. We used to go to the location off fry and refuse to go back due to horrible service. This location has not disappointed us.

Not super fun, kind of dark and boring inside -- on a Saturday afternoon?!?! Wings were good and cooked to my order -- All Flats, Well done.The service was friendly but lacked energy or enthusiasm. I can't quit putting my finger on it. But it just seems like things have gone down hill a little.

Service was sweet; however, my food came out completely incorrect. I did not receive any ranch, any celery, any carrots, missed half my order of chicken and the sauce was off. In addition, I set a pre order request and it still came out 35 minutes late.For a Super Bowl, this was quite sad. Sad to write this

This establishment was extremely rude. My friends and I walked in here chanting, "Wings, wings, wings!" Instead, we were met with an extremely rude African-American employee lady, aged around maybe 18-20. She began to angrily mock my friend and tell him to get out. For context, the power was out in this location. She had an extremely anguished face and was practically yelling at my friend, saying "Get out," and "Boy, do you see what's happenin'?" Anyway, I was disappointed alone that I wasn't able to get any wings, which was really no problem. The real problem was this very rude employee who treated an eager customer like this. She could've just said, "Sorry, the power is out right now and we are not able to serve you."
