Great place to visit if you want to watch Monday football and see the games. Food and customer service was great.

Back again for the 2nd time... same great service as last time. I guess everyone's experience differs from time to time. Great food, fast service and the beer is very cold. Nothing better than a cold beer in this hot Houston weather.

Never to the ever again buffalo wild wing it to the North because us southern folk will not accept food and service this bad. I really really tried to not write a bad review for the sake of the GM or Management that helped me the last time I paid for food and my order was lost . I said ok no they're just having a bad day do t hold it to them. BUT! When I ordered again, the girls were just so rude and left my food sitting there walking past me never said anything and finally got in the car and there was no MEAT! I'm not kidding on non of the wings! I just chalked it up and said they don't have to worry about me, I'm not going back in I'll just nibble like a doggy tonight! Blessings to this location I'm hoping they overcome this with someone else in the future.

Not sure if you guys got the wrong address but I haven't received the "gift cards" that you were mailing out.. not sure what the issue is but please contact me so we can figure it out or if you can refund the order. It's been longer than it should take.

Not to be confused with Rochester Tame Thighs.This is one of the worst chains in the world, with their overpriced watered down drinks, their horrendous oft-microwaved oft-cold wings that are nothing like what you get in Buffalo, and with lukewarm greasy nasty burgers. However... when it comes to hanging out with large crowds of often sexy people and watching sports games and getting loud, it's always fun.This is a one star location all the way, with usually-awful service and always-awful food, but I add the star because despite all that, it's still a great environment to watch NFL in.

Bathroom was really bad on weekends and there the floor was nasty. The lunch time during weekdays are much better

As soon as we walked in to the bar at 730 on a Wednesday night, the bar had 4 people sitting at the bar and 6 out of 25 tables had patrons. We were immediately greeted by the bartender by stating, "its going to be a minute before I can get to you" and the empty seats at the bat hadn't been cleaned from whoever sat there last. Seriously!

I've been there a few times with my boyfriend, and the food is great as always. But each time the service we receive is absolutely terrible, we never get refills,the servers barely check up on the table and we always feel rushed to eat and close out our check. I myself am a server at a wing bar as well and we always put our guest needs before ours, we use our steps of service and try to interact with our guest. I heard a lot of bad reviews from this place but I gave it the benefit of the doubt. But the service was absolutely terrible and clearly the servers need more training and need to fix their attitude. I can tell the service industry is not for them.

I have not been here in a while. We came on Sunday evening and it was terrible! Let's start with our server he got our order wrong and the food was cold. The staff was standing around and talking to each other. There was no manger in sight. We won't be back!!!!

Bought 75$ dollars worth of Buffalo wild wing salad and wings and specifically asked for no bacon. Salad had bacon so a manager named Juan gave me a 10$ gift card. Told him I'd pick it up tomorrow and thanked him profusely even though I just wanted enough for another salad which I believed to be around 6 bucks. Well tomorrow comes and the 10$ gift card was not enough for the Cobb salad. Apparently tits $12.50 plus tax so Kailey (another manager) made it enough. Hard to believe he didn't know the price before hand so I choose purposely gave me the finger for complaining. At least Kailey stepped up!
