Buffalo Wild Wings

I will never understand how anyone can say their wings are good, It's an insult to wings! For some unknown reason my friends love this place, so I go here from time to time and am always more disappointed then the last. Service is always god awful. The last time we went here, we were greeted by a bartender who took our whole entire order, then were greeted by a waitress to get our order and we told her it was already taken she then tells us there was no order in the system. WTf?!? By now it's been 15 minutes (we get an hour lunch) so we put our order in AGAIN. Food came out fairly quick, that was the only plus of this situation. I order a cheeseburger because the wings are trash. The burger was ok not good or bad, just a basic burger. Beer was nice and cold, as it should be. Not sure how this place is still in business with the terrible service, mediocre food and complete lack of customers. Every time I come here it looks like a scene from the walking dead.

Order a to go order and it still took over a hour. Buffalo Wild Wings is the absolute worst.

Very VERY sad!!I'll disclose with saying that I worked at BWW in a couple locations many MANY years ago and I've visited several locations in my lifetime but tonight at this location was by far my worst experience.I was more than nice to the bartender whom was rarely if ever present and it was prior to 10pm... when the location is open until 12am on a Monday.The World Series was on and MNF, neither audio was on for either the WS of MNF. Shameful for a sports bar.I asked for MNF on a tv and finally it was on a very small tv screen.I had to send my food back for being incorrect and we had to ask for our tab twice. We almost didn't visit this place due to their terrible 2 star ratings but I wanted to give them a chance... I shouldn't have.Also I should note that there were multiple servers present with minimal tables sat (overstaffed) but the service was crap.They need to improve on their management aspect, their customer service AND their care for overall service and food orders.Seriously, get your isshh together. You are a national chain restaurant. Improve your processes and procedures or get crap for profits and high overhead, it's completely up to you.You can do better.

Do not come here, It is so freaking dirty!!! the floors as soon as you enter are ALWAYS sticky. The presentation of the place is disgusting, it makes you wonder how the food is made... The staff is always rude and they don't even acknowledge you're there!! So sad BWW is worse here than in CA. Won't be coming here AT ALL.

I've had multiple experiences with this place and most of them have erred towards bad to mediocre. There have been a couple good, attentive servers here and there but they quit quickly bc of the poor management. This place is mostly understaffed and has high employee turnover. Wait time to sit down: 20 minutes to 1 hourWait time for food: 30 minutes to 2 hoursThe food quality has recently gotten a lot better than it has before, but we'll see how that continues.

We stopped in on Friday for a quick bite before the movie. Walked in, made our way to the bar and found a table. It was mid afternoon so the bar itself was buzzing. The bartender brought us menus and drinks. May took care of us. She was busy but very nice. I decided on the lunch cheeseburger with fries. The Boy wanted mild wings with fries. May was so gracious our whole visit. And she was right... Lady Boss on the grill!

This has to be the worst place to eat ever. Got there at 9:30pm no one was there to greet so we walked around to find a seat. Literally every table was full of dirty dishes and no one had picked them up. A couple passed by and said don't stay, they wait 1 hr to sit and 2 hrs just to get their food that was cold and burnt. They told me it was an hour wait.

Very rude and ignore you. Long story but I'll keep it short. Horrible. You seat yourself use a QR for menu. Can't get a regular menu because they say they need to wipe them. I could t get great service on my phone probably due to the bad storm that just happened and still dealing with. I asked why still no kid menu. The rude waitress said maybe because it's a BAR!! Uh ... rude. And the manager was just as rude. After reading manyyyyy of the same type of reviews (I couldn't even read them all bc there's so many) HOW IS THIS PLACE STILL IN BUSINESS???

Ordered food ahead of time on the app for a 1:00 pm pick up time. Get here and the dude lies saying they "just got it" and estimates ANOTHER 15 minutes before food with be ready. Keep in mind I only ordered 1 lunch hamburger combo AHEAD OF TIME. Update! Order is FINALLY ready and comes out wrong! Dude then tries to argue about order and I had to show my receipt showing what I ordered was not what was given. This is just too much for a freaking burger!

This place is always dirty, staff not friendly unless your at the bar and I have to continuously send my food back to the kitchen for numerous reason. From cooked to hard or not the right sauce or cold. My 11 year old can cook wings better than this place. The manager entertains mess between the workers and I found that very weird especially having the conversation on the floor where people can hear you. She is not professional at all. Also there is one worker I can't stand. She's rude and looks like she could use a bath.
