We bowl late on Thursday night and wanted something good. So we ordered 50 wings and sides for the house and thought to try this new GO concept. Food was ready in 15 min and piping hot. We will be back. I was greeted with a smile and as i waited 3 different associates asked me if I had been helped. Can't wait to be back. This location made me believe in B Duds again.

My order was messed up back on November 18th 2021 and I spoke to the General manager, Nate. He told me that my next meal was on him and he would replace my order. So I just now called in on 1/10/22 (less than 2 months later) to get my order from this location for my messed up order and was informed that the credit expired. Nothing was ever said about the credit only being good for 30 days. I said I would like to speak to Nate and was told he is not available. I told the young lady I would hold for him and she said he would not talk to me. I am beyond frustrated right now and will no longer do business at THIS Buffalo Wild Wings! This is TERRIBLE customer service! What a joke!!! If I could give less than 1 star I would. Please do not even waste your time with this location as they do not care about their customers at all! Just go to Pluckers instead!

I was at the gas station and looked around, I decided to order Buffalo Wild Wings for dinner. Ordered then drove over to wait for the order. I went in about 7 mins before the expected time. The young lady immediately greeted me and said my order would be ready soon. A few minutes later, I received my food. It was piping hot, fresh and I was hungry. It took me about 10 minutes to get home. The verdict: Speed: 10/10Accuracy: 10/10Taste: 8/10Cost: great - they had a promotion of 50% off wings with purchase of 1 order. The only complaint I have is the wings were fried a tad bit too hard for me. They were flavorful and the onion rings, fries and wedges were cooked perfectly. My order: Chicken wings : dry rub desert heat and dry rub lemon pepper Chicken tenders were huge, mildly battered and very good. I added mango habenaro sauce. Onion ringsPotato wedgesFrench fries I will definitely order again, the location was very convenient and I love the fast service at the counter.

Ordered some wings to go. Garlic Parmesan boneless wings had great flavor. Still warm despite traffic making me run 15 min late. There are little separate cubbies to keep food warm. Not a dine in place.

I ordered through uber eats recently and did not receive any of the dipping sauces (3ranches) and no veggies with our wings. The food that was delivered was cold and looked to be old. It was very unappetizing. Im unsure if this is Uber delivery service at fault or buffalo wild wings but either way the food shouldn't have looked so horrible especially being located only 8 min away.

Food was delivered late and cold; plus wrong drink and no receipt. Called several times that night about getting an email receipt and no one ever answered the phone. In fairness, it was an Astros World Series game night so they were probably busy, but would have been nice if they did at least one thing right.
