Bubble Island

I went here to try a different kind of tea with my family. When we went in we were greeted right away. The coffee/tea shop is very clean and bright. There's seating along the wall. Not sure what to get we spoke with the person behind the counter. He was very friendly. He answered our questions and recommended the brown sugar boba and fresh milk with tapioca included. It was really good and really sweet.

I can't believe i lived in this area for a year and half and never stopped here until today! I absolutely love this place. It's clean the staff is friendly and the drinks are delicious and the price is great. You definitely can't go wrong. I got a large taro boba tea with green tea and it's delicious. The screen are easy to read the menu and they have a section of games that you can play with friend or family if you sit inside. I will definitely be returning to get some more and try other flavors.

Ordered Brown Sugar with Boba. Asked for no ice because I couldn't drink anything iced at the time, they said they couldn't make it without ice, which I thought was odd. I received my drink, and it was alright. The drink itself was okay. The tapioca wasn't great. It tasted bland and had a weirdly rough texture.

I went to eat around this area and saw this place, decided to give it a try and it was not that bad. I ordered brown sugar with boba and the Oreo ice cream milk shake with boba as well. At first sips (after mixing and shaking the drink), the brown sugar was bland since I only tasted fresh milk, but then it got better when the brown sugar syrup mixed with the drink (after like 15min though). It was definitely less sweet than most of the other brown sugar drinks at other shops. The Oreo ice cream milk shake was very very good. It tasted exactly like cookies n cream ice cream but as a drink (like frappe ish). The shop looks like a family-owned shop, and the service was super duper nice.BOBA: The only thing I didn't like was the boba. It was very bland and had no sweetness. There are other boba shops that also have bland boba, but for some reasons this one tasted very eh (like i would avoid the boba when i drink it). Overall, I wouldn't recommend the boba, but definitely give this place a try for their ice cream series and probably other toppings (also got a lot of smoothies options, too)

One of the best places for boba tea if you want to keep things simple. Super casual and small. There are games to play if you want to hang out a couple of tables. Staff is always friendly since I started coming here. Some of the staff have been working here for more than 5 years. The Tapioca is nice and soft. They have more simple options for drinks, not to fancy. Easy menu to order from. They also offer some small bites.

This place is cute and quaint in Clearlake. My sister who lives near says this place has been in business for a long time. The staff was friendly and quick with making my drink. I ordered a Jasmine Tea with mango popping boba 25% and this place got the sweetness just right! Def worth a visit if your on this side of Clearlake and looking for boba tea.

I come by to get a bubble tea once or twice a week.The people who run the store are very nice. I believe they are the owners.I'm new to bubble tea so just getting the hang of it. Seems like there's plenty of options to choose from. I never have to wait long for my drink, and it's always tasty! I usually don't stay long, but there's usually a few people there playing games or reading. It's a pretty quiet place to hang out if you wanted to do a little reading or studying. The chairs are metal but not uncomfortable. They could probably add a couple of couches and a coffee table to give it more of the coffee house vibe. But the bubble tea is what I come for, and to support a local small business, so works great for me.

I just now stopped here and it was worth every penny!!!! I have NEVER tried these befor! the staff is extremely friendly and patient because I had no idea what I was ordering!!!

Another boba place to add to my list. As I've ventured more to the south of Houston I explore more great places here.Nice simple environment and great service. The staff there was kind and patient as I was ordering and new to the place. They were very busy as people kept flowing in. Based on their sign they were est since 2012. If they are still in business even after Covid then ...1. They have wonderful drinks2. Great people/service If you are in the area give them a try! Not sure if they have a reward system, I'll have to ask next time.

I love Bubble Island! I've never written a review before (so bear with me), but I wanted to because this place is really special. I've been going to Bubble Island for years and have tried many different menu items. I especially love the flavor green/black teas, the Thai tea, and the slushies. My family is hooked, too! In addition to my favorites, they recommend the honey jasmine green tea, the taro tea, and the Vietnamese coffee. We also think the veggie dumplings and snacks are yummy. I have tried a lot of boba places, and this will always be my favorite. The staff is WONDERFUL; they are so kind and always make me, my family, and my friends feel at home. In my experience, they have also been really accommodating of food allergies and work to reduce cross contamination, which is something I really appreciate. They also care about making the store a great place to hang out. It's bright, clean, and has a warm & inviting atmosphere. I've spent many hours here chatting, studying, and playing the available board games.If you're in the area, I would recommend checking this place out. Everything is customizable, delicious, and affordable.
