Bryan's Dumpling House

The main dumpling dish was full of colors and flavor. The flavors were told at the beginning of the meal: cheese, crab, kimchi, mushroom, spinach, garlic, spicy, and original. They have soy, vinegar, and chili oil on the table to dress them with. The portion was just enough to satisfy hunger. They are one bite dumplings, so consider it one specialty sushi roll for comparison. Inside is clean and bright. It looks like more of a cute cafe and would be great for a second date or get together. Service was friendly and helpful with choosing which dumplings (and how to eat them properly)! I would recommend this to anyone looking for good dumplings and dim sum

The food is good but the portions are a bit smaller now it seems from my first visit. And they're charging $2 for steamed rice. I've never seen that at a restaurant to charge for steamed rice.Service was good and it's a nice looking restaurant but a little bright inside.

This place is new to me in the DTC at the Belleview promenade. I recently ate here because they sell pork belly buns and I love them. There are an array of dumplings, wontons, small plates, and noodle dishes. The restaurant is really clean and the food is well prepared. The food is really good. The staff is really friendly and I will definitely be going back to try a lot of the other items that are on the menu.

I have heard so many great things about Bryan's. Finally tried it today. The space has a cool vibe to it. The service was really great. I was so so disappointed that they use MSG which I can't have. I was able to order a stir fry without that- and it was great. But I watched my fellow diners devouring the dumplings, pot sticker and pork belly bao. All have MSG . I have been to other dumpling restaurants who do not use MSG and the food is delicious. I just don't understand why some people continue to think it's necessary. I probably would give this restaurant a five star if it weren't for that. If you don't have an allergy or a MSG problem then go for it. It's great, unfortunately I will not be back because it so limited with what I can have

Only enjoyed some of the flavors from the dumplings flight. Waitress was nice and quick. Restaurant was bright and very clean.

This place has been on my list for awhile. It is fairly small, but brightly lit with fantastic service. Unfortunately, they seemed to have had a plumbing problem and the restaurant was filled with an unpleasant odor.We ordered the Cucumber Salad, Bryan's Xiao Long Bao (I feel like you have to try this at least once), Kung Pao Chicken. The dishes were great, easy to share so others can easily get a taste of something different.

Yum! Be prepared to wait, we got there and put our name in and it was surprisingly only about a 20 minute wait for a table of 4. Everything was soooooo delicious, love the rainbow dumplings. Ordered mostly to get a taste of everything and also great for a photo. The chili dumplings might have been my favorite dish of the evening. You really can't go wrong though with any of the menu items.

We were looking for a dumpling restaurant that was open late. We found this one in DTC area. Great location, in a nice commercial area. Restaurant is big and we'll lit. We were greeted at the door and seated in a booth. Dumplings came out really quick too, less than 5 minutes. They have a menu of other items besides Dumplings to choose from.

I've been meaning to try here as I LOVE dumplings. I came here after work one day with a co-worker. We were able to be seated right away. We got here are 6:15p on a Thursday. As the night went on, it began getting pretty crowded!We ordered the original pork xiao long bao (soup dumplings). We got BBQ pork buns, shrimp dumplings, and Bryan's fried rice. My co-worker has never had any of these. As we left - she mentioned how good it was!They had all the sauces you needed on the table. Soy sauce if you wanted to use it. Vinegar - which I used for my soup dumplings. And chili oil which I love pretty much with anything else. We also ordered a pot of Jasmine Green Tea to enjoy with our meal. The fried rice was simple but that's how I like it. I can't wait to come back. I loved it and can't wait to try more things on the menu.

Make a reservation if you want to be seated right away because it gets packed quickly. The coke is bottled and it's $4.50. Tan Tan noodle with szechuan style was not szechuan-ing but it was still good. Stir fried green beans & ground pork with garlic was flavorful but the pork was very salty. Shrimp shumai I would not recommend, as it was all mush and no flavor. Original kurobuta pork xiao long bao was the table favorite. Our first batch was too dough-y but the second batch was juicy and delicious. I wish they weren't stingy with the garlic as we had to ask several times for more.
