Rainbow dumplings in Denver, CO! @bryansdumplinghouse just opened up their new location in Westminster and it's a Din Tai Fung dupe! They got everything from dumplings to fried rice to chocolate buns. The perfect place to go and share with friends to get a bite of everything Its parking is easy and service is quick. The space is also very bright and open!

We've been eating for them to open and now they are. A nice atmosphere. We had the Xiao Long Boa: a fun way to have the same filling but change the dough to influence the flavor profile. Fun and tasty. The shrimp Shumai were as good as expected. The kurobuta pork in chili oil was the fave, and next time we are going to start there.

We went to the dumpling house with medium expectations and were very disappointed. While the ambiance is very nice the restaurant had 2 servers one of which was also the host needless to say service was spotty. And I get it, it was very busy if that was the only thing I'd have no problem. We ordered the cucumber salad first thinking it would be like a traditional cucumber salad with marinated cucumbers and a nice sweet with spicy taste. Instead it was (not necessarily a bad thing but bad for this specific dish) fresh cucumber and their homemade chili oil ( which is also lack luster) the salad had very little taste to it overall. For our main dish we got their pork shu mai which was absolutely delicious! I wish it came in a larger portion. We also got the dumplings in chili oil, 6/10 total the texture of the meat was not quite right. Now what I was looking forward to was their soup dumplings. I got the garlic bao soup dumplings, This was the biggest disappointment, they were dry on the inside, no juice and the meat itself was dry and the texture was horrible. The actual dumpling wrap was clearly old and hard. It looked and felt 5 days old, and I get prepping dumplings but it had gone past its best by. All in all I wouldn't come here again unfortunately

We love Bryan's Dumpling House! First, the food is amazing! Fresh dumplings as well as wok dishes like Kung Pao chicken are always perfect. When we've eaten there the service is always great and the restaurant is spotless. We've taken out from there and they pack the soup dumplings meticulously so they don't stick to each other and break. Definitely a repeat customer!
