Brothers Taco House

I have driven past this place many times and there is always a line. Only 4/5 people can be inside to order at once. So the que is outside. Don't get discouraged from visiting if it seems like it's a line. The wait is short. They do have inside seating which I didn't partake in. Now on to the tacos. The breakfast tacos were some of the best damn breakfast tacos I have had so far. The eggs and potato were seasoned just right. The steak was really good. The chicken was ok but not as good as the steak. I

This cute taco shop is delicious and affordable. Nothing to complain about here other than sometimes the line can get long and seating limited - but it moves so fast you don't even have to worry about it. I loved the sausage taco. Pretty good shop.

I was in the area and remembered Brothers Taco House, geeeze they have severed the community for well over 10 years. The lines are still long to serve us Authentic Tex-Mex Food, there tacos are Legendary! Shoots. I'm talking to a lady in line and she raved about their chicken flauta's, and daily lunch specials. It's my turn to order and I was hit in my hungry gut when I was told they are only served on Monday's sigh. I ordered beef tacos and ummm hmmm burp guuud!I would like to give a shout out to Reggie, he's the homeless guy that cleans the dining area and help us back out of the busy street. Reggie explained, he works for food and wished more patron's like myself would give him their pocket change. I'm going to intentionally pass by the restaurant from now on to bless him with my blessings.

I think this place is a Houston staple on the east side. The tacos are made fresh and the line is efficient. I've been there now for both breakfast and lunch. It's a solid option and is consistently good. I think there are better tacos in Houston but surely this place is an establishment and well loved by the community, and pretty iconic when you look at restaurants on the east side. The taco meat is very flavorful and they put a lot on. I personally was not a fan of the brisket. The beef fajita is my favorite lunch taco. I really liked all the breakfast tacos. Solid affordable quick option for on the go delicious food.

After a short wait in line (outside), this is a quick in and out spot! No frills, but they're efficient at what they do. I personally like the breakfast tacos the best, but I haven't yet tried the barbacoa. Overall quite greasy but tasty.

This place might not look like much but it's the best breakfast taco place I have found in the loop. The chorizo breakfast tacos are my favorite but they sell out fast. Note: they share open from 6am-3pm but o would suggest getting there before 10am if u want a selection as there is always a line out the door but it's worth the wait. This is the only place I would wait in a line to get tacos. The service is great and staff are very fast getting your food prepared so you really not waiting longer then 10 min in line even if it's long.

Excellent breakfast tacos close to the downtown area. Mind you that you will need to queue to enter the building, but it's worth it. They also seem to have the same decor which gives you a vibe of retro Houston. The costs per taco are reasonable and they are pretty quick to whip them out. I would highly recommend this to anyone wanting fast, great tasting food.

Last meal in HOU. Had to grab some breakfast tacos before we left and brothers tacos was the most highly recommended spot.Came in on a Saturday around 11 AM. Bit of a line but it moves relatively quickly.Ordered two breakfast tacos. Chorizo and egg with beans / bacon and egg with beans. Both came in a fresh tortilla and they were so tasty. The bacon and egg was just a bit better in my opinion. I wish I added cheese or potatoes because it was missing a little something. Make sure you grab some salsas with you and get a lemonade.Heck of a deal. Good food, good prices, what else do you want?? Bye bye HOU

I love their tacos!!! They have the best meats and the best flour tortillas. Their customer service is good but some of the waitresses attitudes can improve. Is a great place to come eat with your family.
