Walk in, 3 workers all stare at me, not a word, much less a hello. Wait 5-10 still nothing. Another lady walks in and they ask her what she'd like, before me. Older lady, no smile, no expression, says yes. Ridiculous. So rude. I had already called in my order otherwise I would've said something and just left. Of course there wasn't a thank you or have a nice day when I left. And the roast beef was just ok. I won't be back.

I think that giving this establishment three stars is being generous. One star was for the staff and the restaurant. Everyone I came in contact with was pleasant, and the restaurant was reasonably clean. The other two stars are for the pizza I ordered. It was not the best pizza I've ever had, but it certainly was not the worst. It was solidly in the middle. But the smell was delightful. The crust was crunchy and not chewy with a good amount of sauce. The sauce was flavorful but, may be a little heavy on the oregano. All told it's decent slice of pizza. I also ordered roast beef sandwich which was not bad, but, I could name a few places that are better. It was cooked well (the temperature was medium) and I liked that it was thinly sliced but, it really didn't have a lot of flavor. I also ordered the chicken tenders, for the kids, they were over salted and other than that, it also did not have a lot of flavor. Last, was the price, and frankly the best part of this meal. It was not too expensive. So, I ordered a small pizza, roast beef sandwich and a ten piece chicken tender which totaled about 36 dollars. Which is definitely reasonable for the area. I would eat here again but, probably will just stick with the pizza.

It takes a lot for me to write a bad review, but today's customer service was the worst I've ever experienced. I arrived there at opening and one of the employees was outside, and I was walking to the door, holding my one year-old son in my arms, and he sees me continues to walk in and does not even hold the door for me 5 feet behind him, leaving me to struggle with the baby. I then walk in and the ceiling is leaking water with a big puddle in the entrance and not one word was said of caution or a heads up. Again I'm walking with the baby. Even though no one else is in there, we just stood waiting at the counter for someone to take our order for minutes. I almost walked out and regret not doing so. I will not be back.

Holy hot dog Batman! 7.75 for hot dog? 6.95 for grill cheese? Would be cheaper to ask for toast and add cheese for 50 cents.Roast beef came no sauces, bland tasting. Had to ask for a side of barbecue sauce and Mayo. Roll bland tastes, used to be onion roll. 13.11 with up charge for cheese. I should have gone to Jersey Mikes down street as I had excellent roast beef #6 mike's way and cheaper and better quality roast beef and flavors... I won't be back to this place ...any place charging 7.75 for hot dog has it wrong... Joe much extra for mustard or relish? Good bye

Can somebody explain why the Clam Chowder at the Dedham location is $9.15 and the Chicken and Rice $8.45.The Brothers Roast Beef in Quincy is $6.65 for Clam Chowder and $5.95 for the Chix Rice. That's like a 500% markupLegal is $7.50 cup and $9.95 bowlC'mon Man ! Not cool!

I like their food, however, if you order delivery they do not show up. After 2 hours of waiting and not having them show up and then having to deal with your bank to cancel the charges, not worth dealing with Brothers.

I have been patronizing this establishment for several years, usually grabbing a sandwich and salad 15 minutes before closing. Everytime, the food has been fresh, the owners and staff friendly despite it being close to closing time.The sandwiches are overstuffed and reasonably priced.I recommend them highly and no, I am not an owner, just a satisfied customer.
