The lack of enthusiasm with the people at this place is unbearable! Lethargic and complacent. Food okay NOTHING great about the customer service.!!!

We did a to go order. The food was good. I got the two meat plate with chicken and regular sausage. The meat was good the BBQ sauce had a little spice to it which I liked. The jambalaya was just seasoned rice and the mac and cheese was not seasoned but cheesy(reason why they did get five stars). i would recommend this place just get ready to juice your food up.

Meh. I definitely experienced better. This was sub par everything, except the fried okra. Flavor was off on the beans, mac and cheese bland af. BBQ bland and really not flavor full, more like oven baked, in my opinion. Sausage was so horrible sampling a couple of slices we threw the rest of the pound away, along with the beans and mac. I was so wanting to like this place, especially since there's a convenient drive-thru, but I pretty positive this place is on the no go back list.

My wife and I went since the Mexican restaurant nearby was closed and we wanted something close by. I went to Brookstreet BBQ at their other location down Hwy 6 a few times growing up. I never remember it being great but it was passable BBQ that gets the job done. Today, it was passable again. I got the two meat platter of brisket and turkey. The fries were great, I had no problems with green beans, and the turkey was ok, but the brisket was very dry so I didn't eat much of that. My wife ordered a baked potato and she said the sauce tasted off and that the chopped meat was fatty/grisly or chewy like jerky. She barely ate what she had. Service was good so I might give them another try and order something different but I think I'd more likely go to other nearby bbq restaurants instead.

A tad underwhelming unfortunately. I wanted it to work soo bad because of the convenience of the drive thru, but I can easily say it isn't my favorite. I personally prefer a smokey flavor in bbq meat, which they do not have. Not much flavor was in the brisket actually now that I think of it.The sauce saved the day for sure. I've had better bbq sauces but it's definitely needed in order to truly enjoy your meal.The Potato Casserole wasn't bad. I ended up just breaking my brisket pieces up and putting in there with the sauce over it. Other than that, I probably would've tried to return it with a refund.

Meat cheaters. Had take-out order.One pound of brisket and one pound of turkey. Got home and was over 12 ounces short. Someone had their thumb on the scale. Complained and never heard back. Take your kitchen scale with you if you're dumb enough to order. I was suckered. Spent a fortune here. No telling how many times I was robbed in the past. No more. Watch out for the canned response from Lydia minutes after you post about they've improved their business. Fakery!

Its okay, but not worth the price. I got the brisket sandwich and honestly expected to receive more food than I got for what I paid. BBQ sauce was good. Probably wouldn't go back though.

Ordered sliced beef plate on the lean side. Got home and it had so much fat I couldn't eat it.

Used a delivery service and ordered the 4 meat plate; spicy sausage, lean brisket, mixed brisket and dark chicken with baked beans. The meat was tasty and had a good flavor to it. I didn't care for the bar-b-que sauce. The baked beans were ok, a little on the tomato sauce side but it did the job. Overall decent, I will try them again in the future.

I have eaten ribs from this Missouri City location for years. Always take out! Before tonight once the ribs were in the car, the aroma was so delicious smelling it was hard not to rip the bag open and grab a rib to eat on the way home.Not the case tonight! Very little aroma. Once home and I opened the container it displayed 5 center cut ribs, which I requested. The ribs were not cooked like the ribs of past orders. Very little flavor. I was very disappointed. Needless to say, I will not be getting ribs at the Missouri City Brookstreet again. I had read other negative reviews. Wish I had believed what I read! Very sad!
