Broadsides & Brews

I've been to Broadsides a few times. Each time was a GREAT experience. The drinks we get are always well crafted and out of this world. The interior space and design aesthetic is also beautiful to say the least and the service is always great. This is my new favorite place to take friends and family when looking for a great place to sit, relax, and enjoy a good drink and conversation. Also it should go without saying, but then again some are clueless. This is a bar at its core. As such, you walk to the bar and place your order. Then you sit down. Don't sit and expect to be served. :)

Cute Bar meets coffee house feel. They had live music when we went on Friday night and was very busy around 8/9 pm. The bar is very festive with Halloween decor and had one of the best espresso martinis I've ever had. I will say it's not the cheapest drink spot but they do have a nice variety of different craft cocktails.

Loved this place! Could have stayed longer if it hadn't been my 3rd stop! Already ate elsewhere, but just stopped in for a cocktail as i heard it was a jazz type bar! Super cute atmosphere! It was early and it had a self playing piano! Hubby had an old fashion, which was better than the last place! I was in the mood for something similar to a bailey's, but chocolate and coffee taste! Told Allie the bartender whAt i was looking for and she made the perfect drink with a couple of liquors topped with nutmeg! It was spot on! Perfect dessert cocktail to end the night!

Always warm and welcoming with decor linked to the season. Good selection of craft beers and cocktail options.

Quaint spot with friendly staff. The player piano creates a nice ambiance. I can see it hitting its stride in the fall and holiday season.

Walked in with Wife for the first time. Looked quaint. No one to seat us so we sat ourselves. Looked at the Menu. Three people working behind the bar. The Barista looked right at us. Nothing.Asked a couple right next to us if they come to us or we need to go up. They said we should go up. So we looked at the Menu a bit. Wife said what would you like to do . I understand it is a new establishment. I think that being said and no signs stated please come up to the bar to order, I thought let's just go. No one came over to to say "Hey can we help you?" Just seems they did not care. And they were not overrun. Bad move for a new Business.

Very relaxing and excellent selection of mixed drinks . They have Smithwicks on tap, one of my favorite beers. Decor is upbeat and is a pleasant and comfortable way to spend time with friends. Staff is attentive and helpful.
