Brenham Quality Meat Market

I love this place. Great selection of meats - all highest quality. The butchers and staff are friendly and helpful. This is a Brenham treasure.

The high quality meat selection (Wagyu, Dry Age etc) was very impressive and I really enjoyed their jalapeño sausage, New York strip steaks and whole chicken which I put on the grill. The service was also exceptional. I definitely plan to return the next time I am in the area.

Never leave comments. Have had land down thr road for a long time and a more native family member recommended this place. My brother and I both love this place. My experience was very good from start to finish. The people I spoke with were happy to give details on all their options and everything so far has been delicious. Beef fajita wrapped around a jalapeno cream cheese i think and a big noodle atuffed with cream cheese, ground meat and pork wrapped in bacon...shiiiiiit! So awesome and will definitely be a happy continuing customer! Please dont hold me to my product descriptions, but im close enough and it's absolutely tasty!

Hard to believe I'm the first to rate Rau's. Best sausage in Texas. I live in Austin now and pick some up any time I'm in town. I have friends in Austin, not from Brenham, drive all the way to Rau's for deer processing. Great local market.
