My favorite soul food home cooking spot! They have catered for us several times. The food is Excellent! Must try if you are hungry in Mcdonough!

The food here is amazing . The people are so welcoming and the customer service is phenomenal! I came in with my boyfriend that stumbled across this gem and they did not disappoint. Everything was delicious and made just like grandma house . The people are so inviting the food is so tasty this definitely gave me all reasons to come back and highly recommend . I'm up now thinking about this food I can't wait to try the turkey chop and grab some more pineapple lemonade. I left yelling bye auntie bye cousins because after that we plate ...We're family now !!

A local place I found on yelp so I decided to stop by. The owner is such a sweetheart. She came out and spoke with people. The food is great. You can tell someone put some thought and love into it. Give this place a chance. They are still growing and have only a few staff. Be patient as they serve customers one at a time. You owe it to yourself to try it.

This place never disappoints! Their menu is updated and specials are released on their Instagram page. I've tried the honey chicken, smothered pork chops, baked chicken, and most if the sides. They also catered a party for me a few months ago. The portions are huge and I'll continue to patronize this restaurant.

Detoured out of our way off the Interstate at Noon to try Break-N-Bread only to encounter the Manager telling yet another prospective customer approaching the door that despite having Opening hours posted as Noon they were going to arbitrarily delay opening until 2PM! Suggested we come back then- in TWO HOURS. When I remarked we were unlikely to come back at all, we were told we should never return because "we don't want people like you anyway."They don't make food special enough to put up with this kind of rude,unprofessional behavior. Life's too short.

Great Food and Customer Service. I had the Hot Honey Chicken Chunks with Macaroni Cheese and Cabbage. Highly recommended!

It was my first time here! First off the customer service is a ten out of ten !!! Everyone was so nice and friendly I'd go back again just because of that. The food id give a 3.7 out of 5. The Mac and cheese smelled & tasted burnt I couldn't eat it. The yams were good and the turkey leg was really good. The pineapple lemonade was top tier wasn't too sweet and tasted like they used real pineapples. I'd get something different next time but I'd definitely go back! Great black owned business.

This spot is a delight! the food is the real deal, and the friendly service made us feel at home. I would recommend them for catering or for just picking up something to eat. It shows that everyone who works there takes pride in what they do. Will go again!

I always have a great time and leave full and satisfied! From turkey chops, fish, breast chunks and all veggies with dessert! If in Atlanta take the time to drive to McDonough and go check out Our FAV Fam spot!

It's so hard to find soul food restaurants on the Southside . But I must say , I have found a gem .. From the time you walk in until you leave the service make you feel like you at home . My first time trying the "hot honey chicken " it was Amazing . I had collard greens , Mac and cheese and cornbread dressing. Everything had heart and soul baked right in ... baked chicken was great too.. Please check them out ! I'm a picky eater and I was not disappointed...
